Glynda: now that you know the rules, I expect a clean and serious fight. That goes for you Mr. Schnee.

He rose a brow, she wants to see what he can do? He doubts that people here can even take a Saiyan Warrior let alone the Prince of Saiyans

Ruby unfurls Crescent Rose and let loose a shot

A High Caliber Impact Rifle shot that was shockingly caught in between Jaune's two fingers

Kirishima: that's manly!

Tetsu: he caht, coch, ca

Itsuka: form your words Tetsu.

Ruby: that is so cool but he's putting my baby to shame.

Mei: ooh that Rifle is your Baby?

Ruby: I made her myself!

Ochaco: oh no.

Weiss: now there's TWO of them.

As he inspects the bullet, the quality is high and the potency is strong for it's weapon class

Ruby was stunned stupid as her precious baby's attack was nonchalantly stopped she shook her head and resumes her attack as she turns into petals and speeds around Jaune

Jaune: ( hm she is fast. )

He looks around following the petal storm as it got faster and faster

Then it changes course and went in for an attack

Jaune reared his arm back to punch as the petals changes directions and attacked to his unguarded side

The attack lands but it didn't do much damage to Jaune's armor only chips it

He then realized he needs to watch out that Blade is sharp

So he powers up an Ki barrier

The next attempt was met with a solid block as Crescent Rose failed to do damage

Glynda found this technique to be the first she has seen, Aura is a protective barrier yes, but Aura that is actively emitting a constant visible and powerful barrier like this

Jaune's eyes moves around scanning the next attack

Ruby changed tactics baiting and feints as attacks land on the barrier and did no damage

Glynda was shocked that Jaune's Aura remained the same only taking a small amount that is constantly draining

It was then Ruby made her move as she pops up from behind for a slash that is until Jaune twists the opposite direction and caught her Cape

Glynda: too predictable Miss Rose.

Qrow: being Random helps but it may put you off balance.

Ironwood: switching tactics is a better solution than relying on blind luck.

Aizawa: true. Luck can take you so far. It's skill that wins the day.

He then twirls her around causing her to get dizzy and let go of her weapon as he finally smashed her into the ground doing the same damage as he did the Boarbatusk leaving a crack

Team RWBY cringed at that

Nora: Wooohooo!!!

Pyrrha: I feel bad for Ruby.

Ren: I feel bad for her back.

Recovery Girl: see? Capes are a hazard.

All Might: tell that to the Helldiver world.

Roman: I can't believe I feel bad for Red.

Neo: I'm not, I wanna kick her behind sometime for some reason.

Izuku: No capes.....but some loose clothes can be used for different situations.

Nana: I use a cape and that never happens.

All for One: would you have preferred being strangled if a Villain gets that idea?

Nana: I'll make sure to strangle them first. Like a certain...

All for One: Nope.

Jessica thought about a lot of Heroes from her world who wears capes

Ruby's Aura instantly goes into below orange and nearing red as Glynda stopped the match

Everyone cringe at the impact as Yang may be worried for Ruby but this was an acceptable Lesson as Ruby was not entirely the best at melee especially against a martial artist as she noticed Jaune was one with how he blocked and attack and spun

She was angry but she kept it under control as his daughter was there who was cheering at her daddy's victory

Weiss smiled at her husband as he smiled back

Glynda: as you can see Miss Rose's aura is nearing red, please be more mindful of you aura meters and be careful, out there in the field there are no second chances.

Miss Rose, despite showing creative thinking, you were beaten by becoming repetitive even I could see the pattern you left behind.

Learn to be more unpredictable and improve your melee skills.

She nods dejectedly as she congratulates Jaune for the win

Ruby: man you sure are strong, that slam hurts.

Jaune: sorry I thought you could handle it.

Glynda's eye brow rose, was he actually holding back

Glynda: Mr. Schnee, impressive performance on your part you kept your cool and analyzed your situation, you were able to predict and counter your opponent in a short time. And your strength is off the charts.

But you were still too non-chalant, please take battle seriously.

Jaune: I did, I was taking it seriously.

Glynda: hmmm be that as it may. Good Job the both of you.

Everything was peachy as the day went on

Then the screen went dark

Jessica: well that's another world done. What's next Ghost.

Ruby: that doesn't sound good.

Ghost: I was just thinking. It's nothing bad.
