EVELYN

ERIC POV

"I'm more responsible than him in his superior so are you gonna kill me too" she said tears where running down her face yet she held a confident look Four lowered his gun

"No" he mumbled I inwardly smirked

"Didn't think so now let him and me go" she ordered but Four just smirked

"I'm not gonna kill you but I'm not gonna let you go you will stay as prisoners" she gave him a glare

"You can't do this Four" she argues

"Fine take handcuff Eric, Tina you have an option join us or join Eric" Four looks her in the eye she looks torn she looks at me and mouths sorry

"I'll join you" she sounds reluctant and pained my heart shatters

"Good choice" Four nods putting his arm around her "so how far along are you" he asks

"3 months" she replies I look at her swollen stomach imagining my child growing in there

"now we gotta get moving were off to factionless to see someone" Four says we all board a train when we jump I see a large building we walk in and see lots of people from various factions we walk up to a group of soldiers they part revealing a woman who looked a lot like Tina before she dyed her hair and got tattoos and piercings

"Tina this is Evelyn" he sighs "our mother" her eyes hold confusion

"That's impossible she's dead" Tina steps back

"She faked her death to get away from Marcus" Tina just shakes her head tears were now falling down her face I just wanted to hold her in my arms and comfort her

"NO MY MOTHER IS DEAD" she had now stopped crying she was angry "I KILLED MY MOTHER" she shouts running a hand through her hair

"Is that what they told her" Evelyn turned to Four she sounded outraged

"Yes they said you died giving birth to her and Marcus never let her forget he beat her and blamed her for 16 years" Four explained Evelyn turned to Tina

"I'm so sorry Tina you grew up thinking you killed your mother" Tina looked at her

"I did kill my mother, your dead to me" she said in an icy cold tone

TINA POV

"I did kill my mother, your dead to me" I said glaring at her she looked shocked but I didn't care my mother died when I was born Evelyn is not my mother she left me

"Tina you don't mean that" Evelyn said

"Trust me I do now Four can we just get whatever we need to do here done" I snap

"Yep lead the way Evelyn" he responded we were led to a house we went in and sat down Eric had been taken to factionless holding cells food was laid out in front of us I just stared at it not feeling like eating

"So Tina your engaged to who" Evelyn asks I look up

"You know that guy Tobias had taken down to the holding cells, I'm engaged to him but at this rate I won't be able to marry him because Four won't let me" I snap she looks at Four

"Why is that" she asks

"He's a traitor and he doesn't love you Tina" Four argues

"IM CARRYING HIS FUCKING CHILD" I shout standing up

"Doesn't mean jack shit" he shrugs I punch him in the jaw

"Don't you dare say that about my child" I snap getting defensive he stands up towering over me

"FOUR" Tris warns he slams his fist on the table and walks off

"By the way Four I'm off to see Eric don't wait up" I say he turns around

"I forbid you" he snaps I cross my arms

"He's my fiancé and by the way I'm 20 so I don't need your permission" I walk out the door towards the holding cells

"Who you here to see" one of the guards ask

"Eric Coulter" I reply he leads me to one of the cells letting me in I see Eric sat on the bed

"Eric baby" I coo walking up to him

"Shouldn't you be with Four" he snaps

"Don't be like this I did what was best for the baby" I sit down next to him

"I know it's just I wish Four would stop being a prick and let us be together I mean I will join the loyal dauntless if that's what it takes I just want you and the baby" I put my head in his shoulder

"I do to but you know Four will say no because he doesn't trust you he actually tried to stop me coming to see you" he shakes his head

"What about Evelyn" he asks

"What about her" I suddenly turn angry

"What does she think about the whole thing" I roll my eyes

"She hasn't said anything because me and Four started arguing" he laughs

"You two are always arguing over me" I shake my head Eric lays down I go to leave but he grabs my wrist "stay with me please just till I go to sleep" he looks like a small child again I lay next to him and put my head on his chest within a few minutes he's asleep I kiss his head and leave when I get back Four is sat at the table with a death glare aimed at me I ignore him and start to walk up the stairs

"Tina" he said he sounded like Marcus it was scary

"Yes Four" I say sitting down I felt like a kid

"Thought I would just fill you in on what me and Evelyn discussed while you were visiting lover boy, we are joining forces with factionless we are going to overthrow Jeanine and reform the faction system but we are going to wait till after the baby is born okay night" he says leaving I walk behind him and go to my room I get changed and lay in bed I miss Eric's arms around my waist I miss listening to his heartbeat before I go to sleep I miss Eric...
