As they ventured toward the Spire, an unexpected figure appeared behind them.

Fortune Teller Cookie: "Wait."

GingerBrave stopped and turned around. "Huh? You followed us?"

Fortune Teller Cookie, with an enigmatic look, stepped closer. "I must ask one last question. Does your resolve remain strong? Are you sure you won't regret your choice, come what may?"

Without hesitation, the group responded in unison.

Cookies: "Of course!"

Fortune Teller Cookie's eyes softened just for a moment, then he nodded. "... Follow me. You will only meet more foes down this path. I will show you a safer road."

GingerBrave's face lit up with gratitude. "...!!! Thank you, Fortune Teller Cookie!"

And so, they followed him as he led them deeper into the Spire, guiding them away from the deadliest traps, his quiet wisdom the only shield against the tricks of the dark structure.

Upon entering the heart of the Spire, the atmosphere had changed. It no longer felt like the place they had once walked through—its once-familiar appearance was twisted into something darker and more sinister.

Strawberry Cookie's voice trembled as she looked around, eyes wide. "The Spire looks nothing like it did in the beginning...!"

Wizard Cookie groaned in discomfort, holding his head. "Ugh, it still makes me nauseous!"

Suddenly, a strange sound echoed through the eerie silence.

Ra ta ta ta tat...

GingerBrave frowned, his senses alert. "What's this sound?!"

Strawberry Cookie's eyes widened as she pointed ahead. "Look! That's the light of Pure Vanilla Cookie's Soul Jam...!"

GingerBrave's heart raced. "He must've passed this place!"

Fortune Teller Cookie, with his usual calm demeanor, nodded. "... That is a memory of your friend. Follow this light, and you will find him... and maybe the other one too."

With their determination renewed, they took their first step forward, knowing they were one step closer to their friends—and to the truth hidden deep within the Spire.

The world around Reader Cookie twisted violently, the pull from the portal sending them hurtling backward. Their body hit the cold, shifting ground with a forceful thud, knocking the breath from their lungs. For a moment, the world spun, an overwhelming disorientation clouding their mind. But instinct took over. Gritting their teeth, they pushed themselves up onto their feet, heart hammering in their chest. Their sharp, forest-green eyes ( or any color it just for the story) darted across the darkened chamber, searching for him.

He had to be here. Shadow Milk Cookie.

Then, the air shifted.

A haunting melody slithered through the chamber, a hypnotic tune that wormed its way into their very soul. The walls stretched, their edges melting into the shadows, warping and twisting into something grotesquely elegant. The space no longer resembled a chamber but a grand, macabre stage, draped in veils of darkness, moving like curtains before a performance.

And from the abyss, he emerged.

Shadow Milk Cookie floated just above the ground, his movements unnervingly graceful. The ghostly eyes embedded in his flowing dark-blue hair swiveled, tracking Reader Cookie's every movement like a predator watching its prey. A theatrical grin split his face, sharp and knowing.
