“It’s harder than it looks!” Jimin pouted, wiping his flour-covered cheek with the back of his hand.
When it came time to whip the cream, Jin took over momentarily, ensuring it didn’t turn into butter. “Now, assemble it: shortcake, whipped cream, strawberries, repeat.”
Jimin carefully layered the dessert, biting his lip in concentration. When he was done, he stepped back, staring proudly at the neat stack of shortcakes and glistening strawberries.
