And thank you SO much for checking out Ashes to Authority (ATA)! Before you dive in, here's a little pre read info. (Totally optional though! Feel free to skip ahead to the first chapter if you're eager to get started!)
Alrightyyyy, where do we begin?
This story features multiple characters' POVs, which I think is super fun! Whenever a new POV begins, you'll see a neat little ID card introducing the character with some basic details. Oh, and some of those ID cards even come with character art! (Not drawn by me, though my art skills are still a work in progress. I'm learning!
One quick heads up: this story has some darker themes geared toward older readers, so if you're young or sensitive, please keep that in mind!
Oh, and the chapters that are darker have a warning to let you know when a chapter includes something that might be a sensitive topic for some.
Some triggers that, if in the story, I would include in the warning could be: non consensual acts (r@pe), abuse, manipulation, 1nc3st, emotional distress, su1c1de, etc...
Additionally, if a trigger is preceded by "mentions of," it usually means the topic is briefly mentioned in dialog or briefly brought up in a part of a character's past, rather than being a major event in the story.
I'm not saying these things will happen, these are just examples of what the warnings could be about.
