Diamond in The Rough

Start from the beginning

As much as Deanna wanted to kill the two young adults standing right in front of her now, she felt that her arms were not built for fighting, let alone hurting human beings.  Her arms were now as thin and flexible as wires as her legs were beginning to fall the same fate as her arms. Her legs grew thinner and thinner, as they wobbled, becoming unable to support her humanoid body, as she fell on her butt and felt her feet beginning to strain against her black ankle boots, cracking and popping into semispherical blobs in mere seconds, toes merging together and shoes tearing apart.

Deanna was also welling with tears as she felt a jolt within her nether regions, her womanhood shriveling up into nothingness, and as soon as that was done... she was now technically genderless, although she was still a female nonetheless.

Deanna could feel her bones cracking and popping, as blood dripped from her mouth. She also tasted something metallic, she confirmed that blood was about to come out of her mouth as she coughed up blood, and before she knew it, she vomited with blood spraying right into the vomit and chunks of organs, bones and diamond shards beginning to be inside of the vomit as well, "A-am I dying?!"
"Well, technically, yes, but not really! You're just being repurposed, that's all!" Blaine snickered.
"R-repurposed?!" Deanna asked.
"Yes." Blaine mumbled to Deanna, who was feeling her curves dissipating and her skin slowly turning a paler color, hardening into a crystalline substance as her skin seemed to become different colors due to the reflection of the light that was shining above the tunnel. Tears were streaming down Deanna's eyes.
She wheezed, "Y-you're... m-monsters..." Her voice was literally breaking as it was gradually changing into something far from her own.
"Not monsters, just scientists that are just doing their job, Diamond!" Blaine snickered.

"You're no scientists!" Deanna cried out as her neck cracked and popped, snapping into non-existence, as it was now time for the CEPHALOTHORAX! Her head and torso merged together as she was becoming more and more diamond shaped by the moment, her organs and bones being crushed and turned into the same material her skin was turning into, as her white hair with cyan streaks were falling out of her head. Her nose and ears melted back into her face as she screamed in pure agony, her clothes disintegrating into nothingness as well, as she could feel her face changing in ways that she had witnessed.

Deanna stared at the two brats with her once indigo eyes, darkening and assimilating into the same black eyes like most of the people who have fallen before her, of course, some of them had white eyes or even lacked a face, but most of them had beady black eyes. She began to bleed from her gums as well, as she could feel her teeth flattening, her tongue brightening to a brighter pink color, and the rest of her mouth turning black, with her lips being reduced to a simple black line. With the last strands of her hair falling out, a few more coughs and a few more adjustments, Deanna's transformation into a sentient diamond was now complete.

Deanna protested, "Change me back now!" Tears were rolling down her cheeks. Deanna didn't want to be turned into an object, especially after seeing her own fate.
"Sorry, we won't change you back even if it is possible!" Blaine snickered.
"And now, there's one thing left to change, your memories! Say goodbye, Diamond!" Gretchen added as Deanna could feel a headache from Hell itself emerging from nowhere, as it some branch had fell and hit her head, but infinity times worse.

Dianna could feel her old human memories slowly fading away, as she was slowly forgetting about her best friend Estrella. Wait, Estrella isn't her best friend, Extension Cord is her best friend, if not more.

Diamna was also forgetting about her plans about escape. Why would she want to leave anyways? Isn't she in this dome for something else anyways? Isn't she here to compete for whatever prize Crayon Box is planning to give out? And speaking of competition... what was the name of it again?!

"N-no... I don't want to forget!" Diamona cried out as she was forgetting everything about her old life. She also remembered competing on Open Source Objects, and all the contests that happened and other contestants as well. Her personality shifted into a more competitive and of a thrillseeker as well.

And just like that, Deanna Shard was now dead to the world, replaced by Diamond.

"Gah! Where's Extension Cord?! Where am I?!" Diamond asked.
"Don't worry, she'll be joining you soon!" Gretchen snickered.

Meanwhile with Estrella...

Estrella was running through the tunnel until she found the door, but before she could reach for the door, it looks like the Craig has finally found her.

"End of the line, EC."
