Yoongi (grinning): "But first, you have to stop lying to yourself."

Jimin’s vision blurred with unshed tears. He looked down, clutching his chest as his emotions swirled like a storm.
Jimin (softly): "I… I think I’m scared. What if it’s wrong?"

Felix smiled reassuringly.
Felix: "Love is never wrong, Jimin. Just… don’t be afraid to feel it."

Their words settled over him like a warm blanket, and for the first time, Jimin felt the weight of his feelings lift just a little.

After school, Jimin and his friends decided to uncover Taehyung's feelings.

Felix: "Alright, we need to find out if Taehyung feels the same for you, Jimin."
Jimin (pouting adorably): "But… what if he doesn't? What if hyung just sees me as his annoying little brother?"

His sad face melted their hearts, and Jeanie couldn't hold back.

Jeanie: "Yah, Jimin, don't be like that! Trust us, no one can resist our baby mochi's cuteness and charm!"

Yoongi: "Exactly! If Taehyung doesn't realize it, he's blind. And if he doesn’t love you, true love has its way of making things work, babe."

Their supportive words made Jimin smile, and he hugged them all, creating a moment of pure friendship.

Later at home, Jimin watched Taehyung get ready for work. Taehyung was fixing his tie in his room when Jimin barged in with a playful grin, hiding his newfound feelings behind his usual sass.

Jimin: "Hyung, are you going to the office?"
Taehyung: "Yeah, you know Dad. If I don't go, he'll lecture me for hours."

Jimin crossed his arms, pretending to be offended.

Jimin: "Don’t you dare badmouth my dad, okay? I won’t hear anything against him! You know I love him the most in the world."

Taehyung paused, his hands frozen on his tie as something stirred in his chest. Without thinking, he turned to Jimin, suddenly pulling him by the waist.

Jimin stumbled forward, his palms landing on Taehyung's chest as he stared up in surprise.

Taehyung: "You love Dad the most? Then what about me? What position do I hold in your world? Do you love me, baby?"

Jimin blinked, his heart racing as Taehyung's body pressed against his, their closeness making his thoughts spiral. Trying to keep his composure, Jimin smirked.

Jimin: "Love? You? Why would I love someone who always fights with me?"

Taehyung: "Me? You’re the one who always starts it!"

With that, Taehyung freed Jimin from his hold and sat on the bed, pretending to sulk. His cute yet sad pout made Jimin laugh.

Jimin walked over and hugged him from behind, resting his chin on Taehyung's shoulder.

Jimin: "Aigoo, don’t sulk like a kid, hyung. You’re older than me. It's not cute." (pauses) "Fine. I love you. Now, are you happy?"

Taehyung wrapped his arms around Jimin, pulling him closer. His face buried in Jimin's neck, he inhaled his soft, familiar scent.

Taehyung: "Yeh, very much, Shorty."

Jimin smiled as he pulled away, deciding to help Taehyung fix his tie. As he focused, Taehyung's eyes wandered to Jimin's plump, pink lips. Morning memories of the stolen kiss flashed in his mind.

He felt an overwhelming urge to kiss Jimin but quickly shook the thought away. Jimin, oblivious, finished with the tie and patted Taehyung's chest.

Jimin: "Now go, hurry up, or you’ll be late!"

Taehyung smirked, but before leaving, he leaned down and pressed a kiss to Jimin's cheek—except it wasn’t just the cheek. His lips slightly grazed the corner of Jimin's lips.

Jimin’s eyes widened as heat rushed to his cheeks.

Taehyung: "Bye, Shorty."

Taehyung walked out, leaving Jimin standing there, frozen. Downstairs, Jin hugged Taehyung.

Jin: "Go safe and don’t stay out too late."

As Taehyung left, Jin noticed Jimin descending the stairs, his face still flushed.

Jin: "Jimin, go to your room and finish your homework. And no games!"

Jimin nodded absentmindedly, his fingers brushing the spot where Taehyung’s lips had lingered.

Jimin (muttering to himself): "What just happened?"
