Mason slowly approached me. "Hey, Pipes" he said. I cocked my head in confusion.

"Uh... My name is Piper" I stated.

Mason's laugh boomed in the room. "I know what your name is. Pipes is your nickname. We all call you 'Pipes'" he stated. Like the plumbing? That's kinda gross. It reminds me of toilets.

Anyway. "Who's 'we?" I questioned whilst Kaley took my blood pressure.

Zeke answered. "Our old pack. Me, Mason, Grams, Liam, Kat, Sam, Roman, Julia, Mandy, and Toby" Right after he finished naming people, I got another memory. I was in Mason's pack. It was a few days after we became rogues, then we met Brenda. But apparently everyone calls her 'Grams.' I told people about the abuse. They are like the family I've always wanted.

"I remember" I whispered softly. "Mase wanted to kill me" I said with a small chuckle. I was slowly trusting him. I mean, Zeke is comfortable with him, why wouldn't I be?

Mason rolled his eyes. "I didn't want to kill you. But you were a rogue. I was simply being a good Alpha" he stated. Yeah. Good Alpha. Cause good Alphas kill 14 year-old girls.

After we laughed at Mason, I got serious again. "So who is Alpha Caleb?" I inquired. Everyone looked at each other, waiting for the other person to answer.

Surprisingly, Kaley answered. "He's our Alpha and your mate" she stated. "You got here a few days ago. During the ceremony, you guys mixed your blood and yeah..." she trailed off. So he's my mate and Alpha. Crap. What if he hurts me? He can easily overpower me, even with my Beta blood. He's a freaking Alpha!

Zeke soothingly rubbed my back. "Deep breaths" he instructed. I didn't even realize that I was panting. I inhaled air and slowly let it out.

I shakily asked Zeke a question. "H-He's not like Alpha Te-"

"Don't compare them" Mason snapped. I flinched at his voice, and he gave me an apologetic smile. "Caleb's a good guy. He just has some temper issues" Suddenly, Mason started laughing.

I raised an eyebrow. "What's funny?" I questioned. Does Mason find my mate's anger issues humorous?

"I just had a deja-vu moment. When we first got here, you were scared about Caleb turning out to be like that monster" he spit the last word out like it burned his tongue.

Well, you can't blame me. "So he's my mate?" I asked quietly. Everyone nodded. I looked around and noticed that Mason, Zeke and Kaley were sitting on the bed. "I don't even remember coming here" I stated. The thing that I hate about passing out is waiting for the memories to come back. They come randomly, and sometimes its just a little, sometimes its a lot.

"What's the last memory that you have?" Kaley inquired.

A smile spread across my face. "My 16th birthday. Mason and Liam wouldn't come near me because they were afraid of us being mates" I stated.

I laughed along with Kaley and Zeke. "It would be weird!" Mason huffed. "She's like our little sister, but there was a possibility of us being mates. Its like you and Zeke being mates!" I shuddered at the thought.

"But you didn't even go to her birthday party!" Zeke exclaimed. "Both of you guys ignored her for a week!" we all laughed.

We all continued to laugh at Mason and Liam. "Where is he?" I voiced my thoughts. "Liam. Why isn't he here?" I asked.

Mason and Zeke shrugged, but the doctor answered. "He has patrol today. His shift ends in about 15 minutes" she stated. I nodded and we fell into an uncomfortable silence.

I didn't enjoy the silence. "So... Why are we at Al- Caleb's pack house?" I questioned, refraining from calling him 'Alpha.' He's my mate, so he probably would want me to say his name. Hopefully.

"Well, our pack was barely a pack. We kept attacked and we lost a lot of people. So we joined the Crimson Night Pack" Mason informed me.

My gut dropped. "How many people?" I hesitantly asked. Mason and Zeke avoided eye contact with me. Its bad. There's a lot, but I need to know. "How many?" I repeated.

"Only about 15 people are left" Mason whispered. I froze. We had a little more than 60 people, now there's 15. Over 50 people died, and the others had to pack up and move. Mason and Liam had to give up their titles. All because of a few attacks. Something just doesn't add up. I feel like I'm missing something. But what could I be missing?

To answer my question, another wave of memories crashed into my head. A few attacks. I was trained. I helped fight. Zeke stayed in a safe house with Grams, Kathleen, and others who couldn't fight. I saw our pack members get killed. "Isaac" I whispered softly. I wasn't sad though. I was slightly unhappy, but he's a hero.

Mason gave me a small smile. "I guess those memories are coming back pretty fast" he stated. I nodded in response. I guessed that they will come back quicker. I missed a few years, and the memories always come back within a matter of days.

I just gotta wait it out.
