32. And the gender is....

Marshall: "gummy, wake up... pepp said the doctor will be here in an hour.... come on you lazy ass get up!" I flick his nose & he squishes his face up like a little kid.

Gumball: "That kinda hurt you know" I rub my nose as I sit up. "Good morning Marshmellow" he kisses my cheek & sits there grinning at me.

Marshall: "mornin' Gummybear. C'mon, get up... we get to find out the gender of the baby today.. remember?" Okay, maybe now I'm doing the excited dad thing but who gives a fuck? Kids be cute....

Gumball: "yes I know. Let's just shower first & then we can see the doctor." Marshall seems so impatient & excited. I'm happy he's happy... but glob it's early.

Marshall: "I already showered. Woke up early. Couldn't sleep. But you go shower & I'll wait here." I kiss his cheek as he gets put of bed, heading to the closet & grabbing his clothes. And by that I mean he stood there for 5 minutes trying to find clothes that still fit him. Haha.

Gumball: after my shower I found Marshall shoving something back into his backpack. He wouldn't tell me what it was, only that it was a surprise & I had to wait until after I'd seen the doctor. So now, I'm sitting on the bed beside Marshall & Pepp waiting for the doctor to set up his equiptment.

Doctor: "Okay, all set. Let's see your baby" I prepped the machine while prince gumball lifted his shirt. Once I'd applied the gel, I began the ultrasound.... "and there's your baby"...

Gumball: "Awh Marshall look how big our baby has gotten!" I look up at Marshall and see him smiling.

Marshall: "come on doc, go lower..."
I cant wait to see if it's a girl or boy. Me & Gumball both look at the screen as the doctor moves the scanner. And then .....

Doctor: "Congratulations... It's a boy". Marshall is grinning, Gumball especially excited & Peppermint maid looks thrilled.

Pepp: "Oh my glob That's my grandson!!!! Congratulations boys!" As Gumball sits up, I pull him & Marshall in for a hug.

Gumball: "It's a boy!!! Marshall look, we have a son." I'm so glad. Marshall really wanted a son. And I want him to be happy. I wouldnt have cared either way, I'd love my child no matter what. But this is fantastic.

Marshall: "the next 20 weeks better go fast, I can't wait to see our son. Dress him in little mini converse..." I grin at gummy. This is the best bews ever. "Infact... I have something to show you" I grab my backpack, opening it up. I pull out a shopping bag from inside & throw the bag on the floor. "Open it." I hand gummy the plastic bag.

Gumball: I open it up to find a tiny pair of black & red converse hightops, a flannel shirt the same as Marshall's, and a little pair of jeans. "Oh my glob Marshall!" I hug him so hard he nearly falls over. I cant believe he did all this for our son.
