Episode 8: Threat

Ravi: "She kidnapped you?"

Ethan: "She shot you!?"

Mrs. Kipling: "Lizard noises"

Hunter: "Yeah. She called herself Nightmare and the worst spirit. Do you guys know anything about that?"

Ethan: "I don't believe so? Ravi?"

Ravi: "I don't know. There have been all these spacial quakes way before the monsters started appearing though."

Hunter: "Whatever this spirit is, I think those flying robotic ladies may think I'm one of them. They always shout GET THE SPIRIT whenever I was Kuuga." Stands up and grabs the slushy to drink it.

Ethan: "So we know why those people hate you, and we know that these "spirits" are becoming more interested in you, but how do we know you're a spirit? Is it like some sort of feeling or something?"

Hunter: "I have no clue. I barely know anything about these spirits."

Ravi: "Here's a theory, but what if you try to find that spirit again? That way, you can ask her about spirits."

Hunter: Looks at Ravi and grins. "Ravi, that's brilliant!" Slurps down the rest of the slushy and throws it in the trash. "Let's go!" He says running up the stairs out of the basement.

Ethan: "Bro was tired not too long ago, now he's full of energy." Stands up from the chair.

Ravi: "Us males are a mysterious species." He says as he gets out of the chair too as he and Ethan rush after Hunter. "Mrs. Kipling, you're in charge!"

Mrs. Kipling: Crawls onto the couch and falls asleep.

The camera changes back to Hiwa and Ryouko. Hiwa is seen drinking the rest of his coffee as Ryouko is seen pouting.

Ryouko: "Come on Hiwa! I know you know something about this sp...individual." She said a bit annoyed.

Hiwa: Puts his coffee cup on the table. "I don't know what you mean."

Ryouko: "You said their name. You have to know who they are. Please Hiwa!" She said putting her hands together, begging.

Hiwa: "What do you even wanna know? That Kuuga is a villain or something?" He said crossing his arms. "I didn't come here to be interrogated."

Ryouko: "I need to know how dangerous they are. I know you were out during a spacial quake, so I know you must've seen something."

Hiwa: Looks in shock. "How do you know that?"

(Flashback)

Ryouko is seen viewing the footage from the night at the mall. As Kuuga fights Xu-Mevio-Da, Ryouko spots something a bit off screen. When zooming in on the figure, she spots Hiwa, just barely out of frame.

Ryouko: Looks in surprise. "What the? Hiwa?"

(End of flashback)

We return to the two having a stare down.

Ryouko: "Answer the question. You know more than you're letting on. What do you know about Kuuga?"

Hiwa: Stares at the floor and places a hand on his head. After a few seconds, he looks up and answers. "He saved my life! There, you happy!?"

Ryouko: Looks at Hiwa with eyes open and then made a puzzled face. "He?"

Hiwa: "Kuuga is a nice person. I don't know what you think he is, but I know they're a hero. For all I know, they're the only ones who can kill these monsters." As he finishes talking, he immediately covers his mouth.
