Eiji looked around the mess in his Captain's room and made a face of disgust. He snapped his fingers, several men came in with trash bag in hand and immediately picked up every litter in sight, this made Gen panic and scramble to his feet as they invaded his personal space.
"H-hey! Get out of my room!"

One of the men picked up a poster that had fallen to the floor, It was one of Y/n's Gaming Competition Advertisement, He rolled it up before putting it in the trash bag, this sight made Gen even more enraged, his arms were already full of Gundam Action Figures.

You had just ended the stream and had taken a short shower before a thought came to mind. You took out your phone and posted on social media about how you're going on a long break from gaming since you've gotten into the Defense Corps and you had to get your priorities straight. . . . It was the official day of the welcome ceremony for the new recruits and I was swerving my way through the traffic on my motorbike, hopefully by the time I get there, I'd have time to change.
I had woken up a little late than expected so I did my morning routine and rushing out my house. I entered through the main gate, but not before doing a little salute to the guards whom I would be working with from now on.
I parked my bike near the building and got my uniform out from the compartment in my bike, Fortunately, it didn't have any obvious wrinkles or creases.
I had hurriedly put on the uniform and let my hair down to rest nicely on my shoulders. By the time that I entered, most of the new recruits were already inside and waiting for others to arrive, Kikoru had come in earlier than me and was chatting quiet well with the others.
After awhile, the ceremony commenced and we were all in a windows formation, I was placed in front beside Kikoru and a tall broad guy going by the name Aoi Kaguragi, I felt so small beside the guy.
During the middle of the ceremony, I noticed Kikoru glancing around often seeming like she was looking for someone, I looked around in a discreet manner before my eyes landed on Vice-Captain Hoshina, who was already looking at me before closing his eyes and directing a smile towards me.
I stopped looking around after being caught by my superior and my body tensed up in embarrassment which alerted Aoi, who was beside me the whole time, eyeing me from the corner of his eyes.
The main door to the room was then opened and Kafka entered awkwardly and apologizing while everyone looked surprised by his sudden appearance.
'Ah, I forgot about that guy'
The ceremony then continued on as Captain Mina Ashiro went on with her speech and Kafka was placed way back from the formation, Everyone was silent for the whole speech, listening closely to the inspiring words of their Captain.
The silence was then broken when Kafka suddenly spoke out his mind which brought everyones' attention back to him.

I felt embarrased for the guy, I moved aside and turned my attention elsewhere, acting like I didn't know him.
The ceremony went smoothly other than Kafka's little show and Captain Ashiro leaving the room without another word after punishing him.
I went out the building as soon as the ceremony was finished, I changed my attire before leaving on my bike and heading to town.
I planned on taking 'Naru' out to lunch since I would be gone for a long time and it might be the last we would be seeing each other, However, it would also be our first time meeting each other face-to-face.
'Naru' had a very busy job schedule and made excuses that he couldn't go on all my previous hangouts, for today, I was lucky that he made an exception to meet with me.
I got of my bike in front of a small dining place, removing my helmet and letting my hair fall loosely on my shoulders, I looked around before spotting three familiar faces inside the shop.
I was about to go inside and say hello when an arm wrapped itself around my waist and pulled me towards their chest, reacting fast, I pulled their arm off and was about to twist it when, the person grabbed hold of both my arms and making me vulnerable.
"Hey, let go of me you shi-"
"Attagirl, you could've made me lose my job if you had broken my arm"
I looked behind me as soon as I heard the familiar voice. However, a hand was placed on top of my mouth when I was about to gasp in shock.
