So I just kissed the guy I'm supposed to kill.
I have no idea how my life came to such conclusion, but it happened, and I hate to say it, but I don't even regret a single thing of it.
Damn that guy is like a drug as a person.
After we made out, I left, and I never saw him in the club again - which - I expected, he had bigger things to take care of.
Such as, the warehouse that I took down.
But he doesn't need to know that I did it, not yet anyways.
Regardless of that scenario that I continued to replay in my head, I enjoyed the rest of my night with Seoyeon, the two of us talking about random things with not a single care in the world.
→ TWO DAYS LATER
We had managed to deduce the club that Kwon Juhyeong is usually at, but we couldn't act too hastily, because everything regarding the clan was quite dangerous to act upon within a short amount of time.
I was assigned with the task of taking Juhyeong down. The plan was straight, we were going to observe him in the club, wait til he leaves, and follow his car to his place, in which I will jump out in my gear, and take him down.
However, that was for another day.
In this current moment, I was finished with my shift at the office, it was more tracking down and other strategies to get him just incase the first method doesn't work.
But I can assure you, it definitely will.
I made my way back home near 10pm, it was dark, dreary and raining. I hated this atmosphere, I just wanted to get warm and relax, but whatever.
I got out of my car, and approached my doorstep. To my surprise, there was no rose this time, it was a very odd day when that happened, and I still question what could've actually happened then, but nevermind.
I looked at my doormat, and it was slightly stuck in my door, I furrowed my brows, when have I ever left my doormat like this?
It sounds very insignificant, but being an agent, you analyse the most smallest things, and beside, people coming after you - meant that you had to be extra aware just in case.
So upon observing this odd placement of doormat, I figured that there was something off. I grabbed my purse, taking my gun out of there, and clocking it. Just in case there was someone waiting for me as soon as I opened the door, I had to be cautious and one step ahead.
I opened my door, it silently pushed forward, open. It was dark in my house, and a different fragrance surrounded the corridor.
Yeah, there was definitely someone who isn't supposed to be in here.
I shut my door behind me, and from a different room, one of the floorboards ever so slightly, squeaked.
That confirmed all I needed to know.
I dropped my purse, giving a large sigh as if I had no idea that someone was in here. That was all just so they would think I was unarmed and easy to get, oh, well they were in for a treat.
I slowly creeped down my corridors, checking my back and every possible room ever. And as soon as I turned my head, someone jumped on behind me, attempting to tackle me, and holding a needle, trying to stab it into my skin.
With a frantic urge, I swung the person around on my back, holding the arm with the needle as far as I could possible hold it away. I threw them off me, they fell to the ground with a thud, and as the guy fell to the floor, I grabbed the needle, stabbing it into his skin instead.
And little did I know, there was more than one guy, another came charging out of a random ass room, directly heading straight to me. He attempted, and failed, it took a single kick and he fell back, trying to stumble back up.
But I aimed my gun at him, and shot him in the thigh. My gun had a silencer equipped, but despite that, it would've been still - a little loud - sorry neighbours.
I turned on the main light, looking at the two masked guys on my floor right now. One was groaning in immense pain, and the other, unconscious.
Who the fuck sent these guys? And why the hell were they trying to drug me unconscious?
I aimed my gun at the guy who was still conscious, and he shook his head frantically, holding his leg with both hands.
"Take the balaclava off." I demanded, and he did as told, albeit, a little slow because he was twitching from the pain, but he did.
And it revealed a slightly older man, colour vanished from his face. I bent down, taking the other guy's mask off, and this one was older than the one beside him.
Out of nowhere, the guy with the shot in his leg, lost consciousness, his upper half slamming straight to the floor.
Damn, now I had two random men, faint, in my house.
