<s50 is stronger then the average human i say his strength is around the one of mike tyson prime and s49 has massive hunger he would feast only on meat and would eat anything that has meat soldier1 got bitten by both 50&49, and soldier 2was ordered to kill both and got blood of soldier2 in his mouth wich also made him get infected but the progress takes longer because it was one drop but as soon as the virus is in your body you'll eventually end up as a zombie
the symptoms:are twitching and shaking if you got bitten

if you got the blood in your mouth or ear doesn't matter the symptoms:your back will hurt badly and your vains will change to red and have heavy headaches till you eventually turn into a zombie
