I swear today at 3rd hour someone was staring at me for the whole hours and this is how it went basically

I was scared and nervous and this happened a lot of time now but I put an end to it... (I hope), but I had a short but painful attack (I think) and I hated it. (Idk if this is a vent or what but I feel better explaining it to you guys)
