Taehyung wriggled out of Ryan's hold and turned around, giving him a deadly glare. The look in his eyes could melt steel.
Ryan, realizing he was in deep trouble, flashed a sheepish smile, hoping for forgiveness from the younger.
"Sorry, Taehyungie, I tried my best to reach here early, but I got stuck in the never-ending sea of cars," Ryan apologized, his voice tinged with regret.
Taehyung couldn't help but feel a mix of anger and disappointment. He had been eagerly waiting for Ryan's arrival and his absence had stung. Now here he was simply saying a fucking sorry?
How the brunette couldn't be upset over the fact that his only friend and one of the important person in his life there didn't attend his important event?
It wasn't easy to forgive him so quickly. right??
With a determined expression, Taehyung turned on his heel and started walking away, his steps heavy with resentment.
But then, a mischievous glint appeared in Ryan's eyes, and he couldn't resist the temptation to lure the younger back.
"Hey, Tae, I've got something for you" Ryan called out, a sly smile playing on his lips.
Taehyung halted in his tracks, curiosity getting the better of him. He slowly turned around, his voice a mixture of suspicion and intrigue.
"What ?" he asked, unable to hide his interest.
Ryan's smirk widened as he held up a familiar box, the unmistakable scent of a piping hot NY pizza wafting through the air.
"I managed to get your favorite pizza." Ryan announced, his voice dripping with delight.
Taehyung's eyes slightly widened, his resolve weakening at the sight and smell of his ultimate weakness. A battle raged within him as he fought against the allure of the pizza.
But in the end, resistance was futile. With a defeated sigh, Taehyung gave in, his voice filled with both resignation and anticipation.
"Fine, I'll forgive you... for now," he conceded, a small Pout on his lips.

Ryan chuckled triumphantly, knowing that he had won this round. As they both walked towards the nearest bench, Taehyung couldn't help but think that maybe, just maybe, forgiveness tasted a lot like a pizza.

As Taehyung and Ryan settled on the bench, the tension from earlier began to dissipate, replaced by a sense of familiarity and warmth. Taehyung couldn't help but admire the way Ryan effortlessly charmed his way back into his good graces, a skill he had perfected over the years of their friendship.even if its only two years.
As they indulged in the cheesy, saucy deliciousness of the pizza, Taehyung found himself reminiscing about how Ryan had always been there to support him in his hard times.
For him, the only two good things that have happened in New York are his graduation and meeting Ryan. _
Ryan and Taehyung actually went to the same university. Ryan was a business student (finished master degree) who graduated a year ago and took over his father's company, while Taehyung was an art student.( Since his course duration is only for two years he graduated today.)
Their first encounter happened when Ryan saved Taehyung from some rich brats who were giving him a hard time. From that moment on, Ryan became Taehyung's protector and they became really close friends.
Surely It took a few months for Taehyung to trust him and open up to Ryan completely, but once he did, Ryan became even more protective of him. Since he couldn't be there all the time, after his graduation, Ryan even assigned some of his men to look after Taehyung.
Oh, ofcourse Ryan is rich.
As the time flies Eventually he became Taehyung's comfort place where he could rely on and share his worries in the big, unfamiliar city.
