The past

In the past, when I was 10 years old, I faced a terrible problem. I was almost abused by my cousin's brother. At that age, I didn't know whom to speak to or what to do. He forced me, but I refused. I didn't know why he was doing it or what I was supposed to do. I just ignored the issue. Years later, I found out he had tried to abuse me. Since then, I have avoided him. Even now, when I see him, I start shivering and my legs shake. Why does this happen? This horror happened in my life. After the incident, I entered puberty. Puberty is often seen as a nice stage, but the truth is it can be as horrible and thrilling as movies. This is because every time our parents ask us to behave, sit, sleep, walk, and talk like a girl, it reminds us that I am not a girl, am I? Does not conforming to typical gender norms mean one is not truly a girl? I asked myself, but the problem is not over yet.
