I was once informed by an English teacher that the moon was like a girl,
On a 28 day cycle and shining bright like a pearl.
Girls have always turned to the darkness of the night,
And the moon was their confidant in the quietness, like a night light.
I love this, I wrote this one in class instead of the essay I only had 40 minutes to write.
