"She's a pleasure to have in class"
All my teachers say.
"She talks to us all day"
All my teachers say.
I sit in the chair closest to the desk,
I claim it's so I cans see.
I wear glasses, so they believe me.
What they don't know, and what they never will,
Kids my age don't want me to play.
They want me to stay away.
I'm happy talking to the grown ups,
They're never mean to me,
Besides, they told my mommy they liked me, didn't they?
if there was one comment my parents received every teacher conference, it was that one.
