~Lines~

There are lines all along her face,

Some might say they're due to her age.

But I believe they tell her story,

The lines on her forehead explain the way she raised her brows like so,

The lines between her brows are when she was skeptic of the lies you sewed.

The lines along the sides of her lips are frown lines don't you know?

Frowns from when they didn't win, the battle broke her heart.

The lines on her hands dragging down her face, she was losing at the start.
