The morning sun filtered through Dunk's window, casting a warm glow across his room as he stirred awake. As consciousness slowly returned, Dunk felt a surge of excitement and nervousness coursing through him. Today marked his first day at a new school, a fresh start in a place far from everything he had ever known.

With a deep breath, Dunk threw back the covers and swung his legs out of bed, the cool wooden floor sending a shiver up his spine. As he dressed and prepared for the day ahead, his mind buzzed with a whirlwind of emotions.

Descending the stairs, Dunk found his mother waiting for him in the kitchen, a smile on her face and a warm breakfast spread out on the table.

Mrs. Natachai: "Good morning, Dunk. Are you excited for your first day of school?"

Dunk nodded, a nervous smile tugging at the corners of his lips.

Dunk: "Yeah, I guess so. It's just...everything feels so different here."

Mrs. Natachai reached out and squeezed his hand reassuringly.

Mrs. Natachai: "I know it's a big adjustment, Dunk, but I have faith in you. You'll do great."

With his mother's words of encouragement ringing in his ears, Dunk finished his breakfast and gathered his things, ready to face the challenges of the day ahead.

As he stepped outside and made his way to the bus stop, Dunk couldn't help but feel a flutter of excitement in his chest. Today marked a new beginning, a chance to reinvent himself and forge new friendships in this unfamiliar place.

As the bus pulled up to the curb and Dunk climbed aboard, he took a deep breath and braced himself for the journey ahead. With each passing mile, he felt the weight of his old life slipping away, replaced by a sense of anticipation for the adventures that lay ahead.

As the bus rolled to a stop in front of the school, Dunk's heart raced with a mixture of excitement and apprehension. Stepping off the bus and into the bustling courtyard, he took in the sight of his new school, the unfamiliar faces and voices swirling around him like a whirlwind.

With a determined smile, Dunk squared his shoulders and stepped forward, ready to embrace whatever challenges the day had in store. Today marked a new beginning, and Dunk was determined to make the most of it, one step at a time.

As Dunk stepped into the bustling halls of his new high school, a surge of nervous energy coursed through him. The unfamiliar surroundings and throngs of students seemed overwhelming at first, but he pushed aside his doubts and forged ahead, determined to make the best of his first day.

Navigating the labyrinthine corridors, Dunk finally found his classroom and hesitantly pushed open the door. As he stepped inside, his eyes scanned the room, taking in the rows of desks and the clusters of students chatting animatedly.

And then, he saw them.

Pond and Force were seated at the back of the classroom, their faces lighting up with recognition as they spotted Dunk in the doorway. Dunk's heart leaped with joy as he made his way over to them, a wide grin spreading across his face.

Dunk: "Pond! Force! I can't believe you guys are here too!"

Pond and Force grinned back at him, their excitement mirroring his own.

Pond: "Dunk, man, this is awesome! I had no idea you'd be in our class!"

Force: "Yeah, what are the odds? It's like fate brought us together."

Dunk's heart swelled with happiness as he took his seat next to them, a sense of belonging washing over him like a wave.

Dunk: "I can't believe it either! This is the best surprise ever."

As the teacher began the lesson, the classroom buzzed with activity as students settled into their seats and opened their textbooks. Dunk's attention, however, was drawn to the sudden hush that fell over the room as a new student entered.

The newcomer was tall and imposing, his presence commanding attention as he made his way to an empty seat in the back corner of the classroom. Dunk watched in curiosity as the other students fell silent, their eyes flickering nervously towards the newcomer before quickly returning to their books.

Pond noticed Dunk's confusion and leaned in close, his voice barely above a whisper.

Pond: "That's Joong. He's... different."

Dunk furrowed his brow, puzzled by the cryptic response.

Dunk: "Different? What do you mean?"

Pond hesitated, casting a cautious glance towards Joong before turning back to Dunk.

Pond: "It's hard to explain. But don't worry, I'll tell you more about him after class."

Dunk nodded, his curiosity piqued by Pond's mysterious words. As the lesson continued, he couldn't shake the feeling of unease that lingered in the air, a sense of tension palpable even as the teacher droned on.

As the final bell rang, signaling the end of the lesson, Dunk, Pond, and Force eagerly made their way out of the classroom, their minds buzzing with anticipation. Dunk couldn't shake the memory of Joong's entrance and the strange aura that seemed to surround him. He glanced over his shoulder, half-expecting to see Joong lingering in the doorway, but the hallway was empty.

Dunk turned back to his friends, ready to delve into the mystery of Joong.

Dunk: "So, what's the deal with Joong? Why was everyone so quiet when he entered the class?"

Pond exchanged a knowing look with Force before turning back to Dunk.

Pond: "Joong is... complicated. But I'll explain everything once we get to our lockers."

Dunk nodded, his curiosity piqued as they made their way through the crowded hallway. A few minutes later, to Dunk's surprise, Book and Phuwin caught up with them, falling into step alongside their friends.

Dunk: "Hey, what are you guys doing here?"

Book grinned, shooting a playful glance at Phuwin.

Book: "We couldn't let you have all the fun without us, now could we?"

Phuwin chuckled, his eyes twinkling with mischief.

Phuwin: "Besides, we wanted to hear all about your first day of school. So, spill the beans!"

As they chatted and laughed, Dunk's gaze flickered towards the end of the hallway, where Joong stood with his head lowered, his expression unreadable. A shiver ran down Dunk's spine at the sight of him, a sense of foreboding settling over him like a heavy cloak.

Dunk: "Hey, Pond, isn't that Joong over there?"

Pond followed Dunk's gaze, his expression darkening.

Pond: "Yeah, that's him. Let's talk about it later, okay?"

Dunk nodded, his curiosity burning even brighter as they reached their lockers and began to exchange their textbooks for the ones they needed for the next class.
