I decided to take a day to myself. The town has a lot of stores to walk in. I walk into this store called Abbeys Records and CDs. Hopefully there's some Beatles in here.
I go to the CD section. I try to look for the Beatles and I put out a Taylor Slip CD. Ima about to put it back but notice how pretty the cover is. Huh maybe I should listen to it. I then hear a scoff next to me. I turn and see it's the guy from the beach. The one we hit with the volleyball.
"Sorry am I in the way?" I ask moving away.
"No, you just LOOK like the type to listen to Taylor Slip." He says. He's holding a vinyl, the album cover is white with a woman on it.
"But look how pretty it looks."
"Eh she's a pedo. You should listen to Mitsuki."
"The woman that you're holding in your hand? Yea sure she looks sad."
"She's an artist."
"Look I wasn't even trying to look for Taylor I was looking for the Beatles."
"Wow you're so different."
Okay why is he kinda eating right now.
"What's your name?"
"Caleb. You?"
"Phoebe,"
"Well you should listen to Mitsuki. She's better than that white feminist."
"Alright maybe I will."
He walks away. I finally find a Beatles CD and I also grab a Mitsuki CD as well. I go to the check out. Holy shit the guy at the counter is Tyler. The guy who was Leo's dealer.
"Oh hey again!" I say.
"Hey." He says. He doesn't say much. It's kinda hot. And his low voice.
"I didn't know you worked here. Thought you got all your money from your brownies."
"That's a hobby. I only bake them for parties."
"You work anywhere else down here?"
"Yup."
"Cool, well maybe I'll see you around!"
"Nice."
He hands me a bag with my CDs in it and I walk out. I walk down to the Coffee Shop and see Sofia, Abigail, Rose and Isabell at a table. They see me and wave to me to come inside. I come and sit with them.
"Hey Phoebs," said Sofia.
"We saw your video it was very iconic." Said Abigail.
"Oh thanks!" I say.
"We have something to tell you.." says Rose.
"We'll actually show you." Says Isabell.
"What is it?" I ask.
