Luke was in the diner talking to Taylor's lawyer about their lease agreements because Taylor was renovating part of the building for his Soda Shoppe. Jess and Sabrina watched from the counter.

"Oh my god, she is totally into Luke" Sabrina excitedly shook Jess' arm

"Great. You and Mr. Doose are officially in business together. Oh, I'm so sorry, I meant that as a good thing." Nicole, the lawyer said

"It's okay." Luke lightly chuckled

"Uh, I will let you get back to work. Let me. . ." Nicole began to reach into her purse to pay for her coffee

"No, no, on me."

"Tell you what. It's business, let's let Mr. Doose pay for it."

"Even better." Luke smiled

Luke walked over to where Jess and Sabrina were and started to wipe down the counter. Sabrina giddily stared at Luke practically about to burst with excitement, Jess rested his hand on her thigh.

"Well, that was an interesting show." Jess looked at Luke

"What are you yammering about?" Luke continued wiping down the counter

"She was totally coming onto you." Sabrina over excitedly exclaimed.

"She was not." Luke stopped wiping off the counter and looked at the two annoyed

"Couldn't you hear her panting when you were signing those things?" Jess remarked

"Didn't see it." Luke began to clean off some appliances

"She laughed at your jokes" Sabrina happily said

"And we both know there's gotta be some ulterior motive when people laugh at your jokes." Jess added

"Okay, whatever. Even if there was something, which I'm not saying there was, she's a suit. Not my type."

"Yeah, especially since she's not a monk."

"Oh, I don't go out that much, is that what that's supposed to mean?"

"Take a look at a calendar. When was the last time you went out on a date? A year, two years ago?"

"Last month, wiseass. I went out with Joanna Cooper."

"You gave her a ride home." Jess scoffed

"A ride home is the end of a date."

"Only if you go on a date first."

"I'm not gonna discuss this with you."

"Suit yourself. Sabrina and I are going out anyways. See, I actually went and picked her up, now I'm gonna spend a few hours actually being with her, then give her a ride home. That's called the end of a date."
