Astrid Pov

We see Astrid helping the other riders set up foundations for a watch tower before they see the twins sliding on top their dragon causing an avalanche

Astrid: "Those two mutton heads better not bring that snow down on us!"

Hiccup: "It's not the snow I'm worried about! It's the ICE!" They all flew into the air watching as the twins bailed and Astrid and Fishlegs pulled them from the snow saving them while hiccup saved their dragon and landed safely, before the ziplleback licked him and he tried dismounting toothless

Astrid: "uh, hiccup, I wouldn't do that if I were-..." hiccup didn't notice his broken prosthetic leg and fell before the zippleback helped him up and I went with Stormfly back to the edge after hiccup punished the twins "So, girl, how's big guy doing?"

Stormfly: "not so good, he's extra angry and extra mean."

Astrid: I listened to her grunts and roars and chuckled "I take it from that reaction not good, boys are confusing, one minute their nice, the next their angry and self-centred."

Stormfly: "I know! And he's always blaming me and you for every small problem!"

Astrid: she listened to the noises and nodded "I feel you girl. I feel you." We flew off back to the edge

Midnight Pov

I was sleeping at my sentry on the beach before I heard a strange noise opening my eyes to see a boat with some really scary humans on it

Midnight: "oh no! I gotta tell-..."

Before she could finish a blow dart stuck into her neck and made her collapse into sleep while the men snuck onto the island

Timeskip three days

Valstrax Pov

I was asleep in my den before I heard a whimper of pain and discomfort that was familiar making me stand up filled with outrage as I ran out my den to fight Midnight who was limping making me growl as my instincts screamed for me to find the culprit who did this

Valstrax: "Midnight, who, where and how."

Midnight: "hunters...on the island..."

She collapsed as Valstrax quickly leapt forward letting her fall atop his head as he looked almost concerned but mostly furious and angry before I picked her up by her nape using my mouth and carried her into my den placing her down gently in the middle

Valstrax: "I'm killing humans today."

I noticed a dart in her hind thigh and sniffed it before leaving the den and flying off from the island following the scent, but it wasn't on the island but in the distance as well as Toothless' and Barf & Belches as I flew off expelling everything I could from my jets before seeing a large fiery explosion, like a distress signal fill the sky as I flew toward it finding a hunters ship with hiccup and the zippleback on it facing with the red haired dwarf and bald human who kidnapped Stormfly

Hiccup: "Big guy! Yeah-he!!!" He yelled as barf and Belch roared as well before dagger and the bald guy looked up

Dagur: "Oh no! Not that thing!" He stepped back "this isn't fair!"

Ryker: "don't be so sure, if we capture that one, we can just destroy them in one go." He drew his sword as the hunters went to the weapons on the side of the boat firing harpoons

Valstrax: "A boatload of enemies to kill. Just my luck."

I landed on the boat with a powerful roar as Hiccup and the twin dragon took off and I snarled and the humans with steam leaving my nose and mouth as I pick up the scent of the dart on one of the hunters and began my mad sprint toward them while their arrows and weapons deflected off my hard scales as I took down a few hunters by butted my wings straight onto them causing bursts of blood and damaging the deck

Dagur: "is this part of you're planning!" He looked at Ryker with a frown

Ryker: "weapons don't damage it..." he and Dagur kept stepping back while Valstrax killed more hunters until he heard a call

Stormfly: "Val! Look out!"

Valstrax looked back to see a Hunter he wasn't paying attention to fire a bow contraption behind him as the Hunter fired the arrow making him block it with little effort using his wing but his rage subsided as he expelled as much energy as possible making his take off force the boat down and to fill with water as well as break the mast leaving the ship in a state before he flew away with the rest of them

Stormfly: "you saved them...thank you..."

Valstrax: "it's the least I could do, those hunters hurt two of the dragons I care for, and there are only two."

Stormfly looked to me while flying with Astrid on her back as if she was about to say something but I gave her a look that said "don't push it" before I felt a hand touch me while I flew

Astrid: "Good job, big guy!" She pat Valstrax while he was flying as he just stared ahead unsure how to react o this

Valstrax: "Tch, don't touch me, human."

I expelled more energy flying back to the edge with a newfound speed as I thought over what just happened and how to take this in

Astrid: "Looks like you're the only one who can tell him, huh girl?" He chuckled

Stormfly: "H-huh!? No! I mean...I don't know. Maybe?"

Astrid listened to her grunts and growls and kept laughing as they flew with the rest of the gang back to Berk

Timeskip

Astrid Pov

Hiccup and I were walking through dragons edge thinking about the eventful day yesterday until I spoke

Astrid "So, looks like the old life-debt has been repaid."

Hiccup: "Barf and Abel Tch saved me from the dragon hunters, and Ruff and Tuff saved their dragon from drowning. Thank Thor everything's back to normal." Hey turned around to see ruff and tuff being batted around by their dragon "Well..."

Astrid: "Normal for us, anyway." She smiled before Snotlout came running and knocked over hiccup holding him in a chokehold as he grunted in pain "I wonder where Stormfly went?"

Valstrax Pov

I was in my den sitting with two very clingy dragons nestled at my sides and I growled, the pain mostly subsided after my efforts but still not completely used to all of this affection

Valstrax: "Fatalis help me..."

Stormfly: "you owe me this, "big guy"~."

Midnight: "Yeah and my leg still hurts!"

They both said with a stern and the other a whiny tone as Valstrax just laid down himself and huffed as he drifted off to sleep with the two clingy females invading his personal space
