Lets continue with the battle .
" Aurorus , lets show them what we can do ." Diantha encourages her pokemon .
" ready for the battle ?" swellow nods as Ash asks this question .
" Battle Begin !" The referee announced .
" Aurorus , lets play defensive ! light screen and then rock slide " Diantha ordered .
" dodge it ." Ash reacted .
As the stones come towards swellow , he dodges them effortlessly mocking aurorus grit her teeth .
" don't worry aurorus , use ice beam ." Diantha ordered .
As the battle went , her hidden ability activated which caused a hail storm to summon in the battlefield . Swellow flew in the hail storm without any problem even if the hail stones were hitting him . Aurorus prepares a strong ice beam in its mouth and thrust her head forward launching the effective ice beam at swellow , who dodged it effortlessly .
" you gotta do better than this , Diantha .!" Ash said .
" i know..... rock slide again !" Diantha says .
As the rocks come towards swellow , it again dodges them and flew high up in the sky roaring to show his speed .
" aerial ace." Ash ordered .
" Aurorus , hold strong ! use reflect " Diantha reacts which impresses him .
As the flying type pokemon goes in for assault , he is thrown back by reflect but then flew up in the sky , looking harmless .
" ice beam one more time...." Diantha orders .
As aurorus launch another powerful ice beam , swellow narrowly evades it making aurorus growl at him .
" stay calm.....use blizzard..." Diantha gave a command .
" ok fine , enough playing.....use brave bird..." Ash reacted to her command .
As Aurorus summons a powerful blizzard at swellow , it flies high up and then dives by tucking it wings and getting surrounded in a blue aura . the brave bird overpowers the blizzard and hits aurorus's light screen which breaks when too much force is applied on it , and the attack hits aurorus straight .
After the attack , swellow flies up high roaring his victory while aurorus fall on the ground , after stumbling a bit on her legs .
" A-Aurorus is unable to battle , swellow is the winner . Champion Diantha , send your next pokemon !" The referee declared .
" t-thats impossible !" Palermo yelled .
" uhh , it happened ." Aria replied .
" i must say that Champion Diantha was having a good strategy but it felt like Ash already knew her plans and still won with raw power . i wonder what will happen if Ash gets a worthy opponent who is at his level...." M.Pierre stated .
' how strong have you become Ash ? defeated champion's pokemon with 1 hit even with type disadvantage .' Serena thought .
" go gourgeist !" Diantha tossed another pokeball .
