"What do you mean?" Theo asked
"Wait you did a third year level spell?" Regulus asked
"I trust you both, but we should go inside the common room to chat" I said
Theo helped me to my feet and the three of us walked inside the common room. Barely anyone was there just blaze, Draco, Matteo, Enzo, Tom, Matteo, Daphne and pansy sat in the room. Now me, Theo and regulus were joined in the room. I trusted them somehow I trusted them so much that I found myself needing to explain myself.
"Harry's a git" I said as the tree of us approached the others
"Tell me about it" Draco agreed
I wanted to tell them, but I couldn't not yet, but what if they would be of help. What if they could help me with the issue at hand.
"Go on little snake, what is it?" Tom asked
"Stay out of my head Tommy" I said
"Only if you tell us" Tom said
"I did a spell, before leaving for Hogwarts" I said and sat between regulus and Theo
"Ok" Matteo said
"I'm not sure it went exactly how it was meant to go" I said
"And what may this spell be?" Draco asked
"A third year level spell, the animegus spell" I said
"Well why do you think it went wrong?" Daphne asked
"Because I felt it, well I felt not as though I was a werewolf not as though I was animegus, but as if it were part of me and if riled up it would burst out, the wolf form that is" I said
"So when you did the spell you turned into a wolf?" Tom asked
"Yes but it was weird I wasn't sure what animals I could possibly turn into, but a wolf wasn't something I thought was possible, but I did and when Harry and those stupid friends of his pissed me off my magic was overflowing and my chaotic side of my magic wanted free but I fought it as long as I could and then the animegus inside wanted out as if it had free will of its own to take control and if it weren't for them showing up or my senses catching their scent I would have shifted" I said
"So your like, you made yourself a hybrid of sorts" Enzo said
"That makes sense" Tom said
"When you did the spell to turn into an animegus you must have done it too soon, or rushed it somehow therefore you created a loophole into becoming a hybrid so now your both witch and wolf, but not a werewolf like those disgusting looking ones" Daphne said
"So I created a new spell" I said shocked
"In terms yes" Tom said
"What exactly triggered it?" Draco asked
"Harry and his stupid red haired weasel of a friend plus that muggle born decided to taunt me, convinced Harry all Slytherin witches and wizards are bad or evil, that I if not already evil would be evil and he no longer wanted to know me for myself, the person who is me not some label by that sorting hat, and I just got to thinking would my parents be just as prejudice?, will my guardians be the same and think I too am evil?, it was overwhelming and I just wanted to lash out but I didn't want to hurt Harry maybe Ronald but not Harry" I said
"Hey you have us now, don't worry about those idiots" Pansy said
"I know and thanks" I said with a weak smile

Time skip
Classes went by and soon it was the first break for the year and I was going to see Remus and Tonks. For the first time in a few months actually which was weird but I'd grown closer to the Slytherin friend group I made. Tom, Enzo, Blaze, Draco, Theo, regulus, Daphne and pansy, were all accepting and kind to me. They understood me better than anyone I've met before and I can't help but enjoy it. And the two helping me the most were the two I began to like most. Reggie aka regulus and Theo aka Theodore were the closest to me out of the lot. I had a nickname for just about all my friends but I was the only person to use them or be allowed to. Matteo was Matt or Matty, Tom was Tommy, regulus was Reggie.
Theo was already nicknamed so that wasn't much of a change. Draco was dray, Daphne was daph, pansy was pans, Enzo was also already shortened so what good does that do. But most of the twin for Theo or Enzo they let me sometimes call them by their full name. Aka Lorenzo or Theodore but more often than not I say Theo or Enzo. Unless I'm upset with them then it's their full name of course. Blaze his was bazie, and each one of them had a different nickname for me. To Tom I was his little snake, Theo called me Cara Mia, Reggie called me love. Overall they each had different nicknames for me as I did for them.

As I got off the train to arrive home I didn't see Tonks of Remus waiting for me. Maybe they were rather busy with work or something either way I shrugged it off and made my way home. When I got there though both Remus and Tonks were in the house.
"Hey I'm home, did you forget to pick me up or something?" I asked
Both looked at me with disapproval on their faces but I didn't know why not get at least.
"Did I do something wrong?" I asked
"Being sorted into Slytherin for starters" Remus scoffed
"Oh, I thought I Umm I thought you'd be happy for me" I said softly
"Happy for you, why in Merlin's name would we be happy you decided to be prejudice all along, don't hate muggle borns too" Remus snapped
