19. FIRST LETTER

The exam went well according to Hyeon, Cause for mathematics paper all she wrote was '0' zero. And as for the other papers ' - ' blank. So, it went well.

When the bell rang indicting that it was the end of the time, Hyeon hurriedly went towards the science lab hoping to find Ms. Oh. This was the moment she was waiting for to take some actions on the death of Jia. But first of all she should ask Ms. Oh and get her help on this.

On the way she met the most unexpected coming out of the room. She couldn't help but wonder what is he doing here. Maybe she is accusing for nothing. But she felt that something was wrong with the situation. And her hunches are never wrong.

He spoke as he noticed her. "Hi, Hyeon what are you doing here?"

"Nothing important. Just came to see Ms.Oh, but may I know what you are doing here. According to my knowledge you are not doing science."

"Woah woah.. Are you interrogating me Hyeon? Do you see me as a killer?" The boy objected.

"I never said I thought you as a killer, Sungchan."

"Okay, okay I just came to look for Ms.Oh because principal is searching her." Sungchan said rolling her eyes.

"Why what happened?" Hyeon couldn't stop putting her nose into other businesses.

"Apparently as I heard she is missing." the boy replied. "You didn't know? Jia was her daughter. They have been keeping it a secret I don't know why."

"Really." The girl said surprised to let him know that it was her first time hearing the revelation.

"I gotta go now." The boy said disappearing from her view.

The girl waited for sometime before going straight into the science lab hoping to find something that can be taken as a lead. She couldn't help but compare her to Sherlock's home. She feels like a detective. Maybe she could finally make a dream.

Chuckling she looked around to see a mess. It seems like a disaster occurred here more than a mess. Looking around something caught her eyes. She crouched down get a better look and it was a letter. She hid it under her pocket before anyone could see it.

When she was about to walk out of the lab a something grabbed his leg. She looked back to see a skeleton hand grabbing her leg. Something like this can't get her frightened normally but the grip on her leg was tight and she felt the skeleton trying to say something.

She felt like her soul has left her body and she couldn't concentrate her mind on anything.

Trying to make out the words that was leaving the mouth of the skeleton head because she couldn't hear the voice, something like 'battery.'

What is battery? She looked around to see some cables lying around but they were all going towards the restricted area. Yes, there was a restricted area in the science lab where only some selected teacher's are allowed.

Now she couldn't help but wonder what lies there or what is happening there and what battery this skeleton needs a batte--

"So this is a robot skeleton." She gasped at what she found out. There were robots in the school.

Slowly removing the tight grip of the robot skeleton, she moved towards the door. She hesitant a bit when she was going to open the door but it happened anyway.

Entering the restricted part, she saw a lot of unfinished robots. The room was a not pleasant to see and there was cables all and there. There were human body parts too. Real body parts..

Going more deeper into the room she found a familiar place. The place where she first saw her sister. The underground lab. That means this is just a another shortcut to the place. She quickly ran back after she heard some footsteps approaching her. She didn't forget to find the cable to charge the robot skeleton.

A smile crept up her lips when the robot bowed down to her. It was the first time a robot doing something like that. Maybe the creator has input things like this into the system.

Talking about the creator, who actually made this and why no one knew this was a robot. Was this robot keeping an eye on the students who come and go to the science lab? That is not good..

After securing that the letter was on her pocket she started to take her steps towards her dorm hoping that Minyoung would not be there because she have to read the letter as quickly as possible.

On the way she couldn't help but think about what really happened. Why does it feel like Eunseok liking Jia doesn't seem like a coincidence. Do they have a connection? Does Eunseok also help this school with the dirty works? And Sungchan searching Ms.Oh also feels a bit suspicious.

Her mind was filled with these kind of thoughts.

After she got lost in her thoughts without knowing she bumped into someone. Looking up she noticed that it was Seunghan but he was not in a good condition. He had a red hand printed on his cheeks and his eyes were blood red as a result of the dried tears resting on his face.

"What happened? Did someone hurt you?" She asked feeling hurt at the sight.

"Its none of your business. You should go now before you get caught to the police." He turned around to go but the girl stopped him.

"Does the police did this to you?" She asked only to receive a harsh response from him.

"Don't get involved in other's businesses." The boy said before leaving her on the hallway.

"That was a bit harsh." She said to herself knowing that her eyes were teary.

"I hope you won't be sad after knowing I am gone." She said before entering her dorm which was located left to the hallway.
