Side Story - Chapter 7 - Jealousy

Start from the beginning

He slightly touches my arm.

"You may feel a little cold because of the air conditioning inside...I can lend you my coat."

"Your coat...?!"

Oh! his 'coat' ! Vegas is going to strip me and use his coat to cover me.

Pervert genius!

I'll be warm, protected and covered in his scent.

Perfect outfit.

"What are you thinking about right now?"

"Me?!"

"You always smile widely whenever you think of something pleasant."

"Uh...nothing...let's go in. The movie has already started."

"...Pete..."

"Yes?!"

"I hope you enjoy our date."

"I already am."

I take the popcorn bag from his hand while Vegas takes my hand.

We go inside.

To my surprise, there were a decent amount of people in the movie theater.

"What's the movie about again? There are so many people."

"A superhero movie, I think. Reviews are very good."

"Really?!"

I guess there were no bad movies showing tonight.

Even in the dark, I scan the room looking for that hidden spot...last row, close to the wall, far from the entrance door.

Lucky night! There's no one there. And those two rows in front are also empty.

I move my body in that direction, but I feel Vegas pulling me in the opposite side.

"Vegas, aren't our seats over there?!"

"Let's sit there in the middle...you can see the screen better.""

Seats in the middle?! where all  people huddled together excited about to see the movie?!

"But..."

"Take a seat, babe" Vegas smiles so proud of his choice.

This is not right...

"See... isn't it better here?!" He whispers in my ear. "Use this."

Vegas puts his coat on me like it was a blanket.

He's not going to do things to me under that coat, is he?!

No, he can't be such a pervert...so many people around.

I feel tense.

Two hours later...

"Did you like the movie, Pete?!"

"Oh yeah! Great movie! Thanks, Vegas."

Vegas is not a pervert.

I am.

He didn't take his eyes off the screen.

I know because I didn't take my eyes off him...waiting for any move...any naughty thouch...any finger...

...for nothing.

Vegas' fierce profile illuminated by the movie screen made me more excited than I already was though.

And frustrated too.

"Where are we going now?! Hotel, right?!"  I'm so eager to get back to the hotel room.
