today is the day of leah's friends party. she picked me up and drove us both down to milton keynes.

"you look really nice" she said.

"babe if we're supposed to be 'girlfriends' your gonna have to do better than nice" i teased.

"okay. you look so sexy in that dress i wish i could rip it off" she laughed and winked. "better?"

"erm yeah" i said. "loads better"

"we've got to make this believable yeah" she said "holding hands, kissing, the whole lot"

"i know le" i laughed.

we soon arrived. the place looked really nice. it looks fancy.

leah parked up and got out the car. we walked together and i felt her hand brush against mine.

i held her hand in mine and looked at her. she had a little blush on her cheeks.

"le?" i asked.

"hm" she wouldn't look at me.

"leah are you okay" i said. i put my hand at her cheek and turned her to face me.

"um yeah. just thinking. what if we can't pull this off" she said.

"everything will be okay le" i said.

"need a kiss before we go in?" i joked.

"couldn't hurt" she laughed.

"silly" i laughed. i pressed a quick kiss to her cheek.

we walked into the venue and it was amazing.

there was a dining room and then a bar with a dance floor and a dj.

we walked into the dining room and met leah's friend.

"hi leah, leah's girlfriend" she said, exaggerating the word girlfriend.

"evelyn" i said putting my hand out for her to shake.

"jess. so glad that leah's finally found love" she said.

i laughed while leah rolled her eyes.

"how've you been keeping leah" she asked.

"yeah good. eves been keeping me in check. helping me in more ways than one" leah said giving me a little nudge.

"don't need to hear any bedroom talk here le" jess laughed.

"well sit down anywhere, dinner is served in 15" she said.

we walked away and sat down at a table.

"you okay" i asked leah as she looked a little nervous.

"hm?"

"leah it's fine calm down" i said putting my hand at her thigh. she looked down at my hand and then up to my face.

"sorry. i think i need a drink. you know, for the nerves" she said.

"le what's got you so nervous" i asked.

"i dunno, just don't want to mess up" she said.

"it doesn't matter. even if we slip up and she finds out, who cares. we're just here for a good time. okay" i said.

"yeah" leah said.

little did i know that that wasn't what she meant.

the food came and we ate and then we went to the other room.

"i'll go get us some drinks" leah said. "your usual?"

"of course love" i said.

she gave me a smile and walked towards the bar as i weaved my way through some people.
