The Espionosa Team of Associates were gathered after breakfast in the hotel's Meeting spot. Papers lined the table as the group of four sat around its circumference. Dwhyte and Blake ran through all the ledgers and financial analyses; Catherine and her Lawyer discussed the possible new opening of her other firm just a few blocks downtown- whether or not they go through with this.

"There is a gap between the periods of March 2022/2023." Blake added, he wasn't pleased with what he had seen. From 2014, Cole's manufacturing level of productivity had declined and then by 2018 it increased by more than fifty percent. Dwhyte saw this as inconsistency, businesses could experience this, it's normal but the level of fluctuations in the numbers were a lot and it could be either internal or external issue. It could either be decision-making or just management overall.

One of Kennedy's subordinates highlighted that it was mostly external as people wasn't in demand anymore and they instead had to produce limited supply of their product or just to a limited niche. Catherine herself wanted to begin a business. However she saw that with the manufacturing side- it will be too costly for start-up, finding raw materials and everything so instead she was planning to partner with major supermarket and retail outlets. She saw that Mount Pottire, Stangleton and the entire vicinity was big, so was the demand and there is a need for even or proper distribution of Goods and Services throughout.

Catherine Espionosa wants to diversify her portfolio, she already had an Investment Company- it was time to go into something different. She also wanted to put thirty percent of overall profits to CSR or other Human Development funding's.

"Kennedy had been my old friend and it's never good to mix business with pleasure. He's too arrogant to ask for help and I know that something is wrong. How would it be- instead of merge, I offer him my service of distribution? He gets production up to what it was in 108, and I'll distribute to the masses for him."

Blake and Dwhyte saw that she didn't wanted to go ahead with the merge as yet, but instead help him through a business predicament.

"I can merge in the latter- that's if he still bother. For now, I'll be the link between him and the customers where I distribute for him at a certain percentage. When there's development on his side then we will go back to the normal prices." Everyone nodded. That didn't sound too bad.

Dwhyte eyes met her just for a brief second, but he couldn't help but notice the blush on her cheeks. Catherine Espionosa turned to her lawyer. "Can we draw up a contract? I need a written agreement, a hundred percent legally binding." Her lawyer nodded and went to typing.

Though Kennedy was after her business in the past and he had done countless of acts for the media, she remembered that during their time of their past relationship he was kind. He had leant her a loan to further her business without interest and she was able to boost her potential. He had also helped her with major decision making before she had even made it this far and it was proven to be profitable. She couldn't allow the one or two mistakes contaminate the good he had done. Kennedy didn't have a good distributor and she will fill that gap.

The meeting was dismissed. Everyone went to packing up their stuff, Catherine spoke to her lawyer as Dwhyte and Blake headed to the bar. Blake was behind talking on his phone as he glanced around. Dwhyte was in his head as he had received messages from Drian consecutively asking to talk but he didn't even bother to click on it.

He low-key hoped that she was better, and by better he meant good enough to stop whatever she was trying to fix.

The duo sat by the bar, glasses stack piled and polished, liquor casually rested on the shelves as he glanced at them. The feeling he used to get wasn't there anymore. He didn't have any urges to drink and he felt very proud of himself. Plus, Catherine made him promise her that he wouldn't drink and he wanted to keep that. Blake saw him smiling with himself but didn't bother to ask, instead they enjoyed the evening. He took Brown Liquor while the other man took a mock tail.

Then they spoke, carried on for a while, it was actually the first time they had been in each other's company without any altercation. Just cool, relaxing and the atmosphere very merry.

Later that evening they all drove out to Stangleton South where they looked at the new building Miss Espionosa will be operating from coming the New Years. There were few more works to the done but other than that it was impressive. The location will make the business very profitable as it was almost in the middle of town.

Contractors were there upon few other work men. Catherine Espionosa analyzed the progress of her work and indeed, it closer to the completed to time allotted on the plan. They drove back the hotel. Dwhyte started packing for his trip home as tomorrow would be their last day in Stangleton. Just the confirmation at Kennedy's and right after that they would be allowed to do seven hour final tour then they depart.

Catherine had been avoiding his eyes from the entire morning. It wasn't in his nature to stare too much but she always knew when he was looking but didn't bother to glance once. A smile made their way on his lips as he saw how she sat up even straighter and with a blush that even when she spoke stern, it was still obvious.

"The next time we travel, it's us flying out to meet my family." Catherine mention as she sat on her man's lap. Dwhyte held her around her waist and pulled him closer to her instinctively. He liked what he had said, and he couldn't help but nodded approvingly. He liked how she sounded these past days and he just couldn't help but think about everything. Her back rested against her chest as they sat down on the chair. She couldn't help but feel warm when she tucked her crown under his chin.

"I'd like that. You know, sometimes I feel like my mom has met you before. Like in spirit."

"Well, she has. Remember she said she was always with you." Catherine reminded him of what he had told her she said before she passed, she liked that it bought a smile to his face. She liked she could make it happy. "So she had seen me."

Dwhyte laughed out. "I didn't know you were like this Catherine."

Catherine laughed too as she knew he didn't mean in a bad way. He took his free hand and rested it around her waist loving the way it surrounded her in a comforting embrace.

"I didn't think you mom likes me much."

"She's not quick to like people but she doesn't hate anyone. Trust me, she will like you."

Dwhyte slumped against the chair but his recklessness didn't affect her. "Thank god. How you do it?"
"Do what babe?"

"Always calm my anxiety so easily."

"Because I am the only one that has the right to make you anxious. Nothing else." She pinched him and he started laughing.

"Maybe it's the fact that I'm in love with you."
