Cecilia took a carriage to the Royal Academy of Magic or RAM in short, because everyone who took the necessary exams to enter the academy agreed that they wanted to RAM their head into a wall due to how hard the exams were. She passed through the Academy's gates without a hitch, her path was carved in stone steps and scenery painted with trees and bushes of an abundant species of flowers and herbs, truly a heaven for alchemists such as herself, if she could even call herself one? She only experimented on her own, she did, however, memorize the fundamentals of potion making so she guess she is an alchemist now. An alchemist just like her potions, homemade.
It took exactly 8 minutes from the gates to the front of the Academy, the door stood 3 meters tall and the handle was gold in color and engraved with lions, Cecilia pushed the door open, revealing ceilings 3 stories tall that ended in a dome made out of stained glass depicting the legend of how magic was created. A statue of the Goddess Erdem sits right below the center of the dome. Cecilia stared in awe, this was not her first time here yet she couldn't help but appreciate the craftsmanship that was needed to build such a beautiful building.
Cecilia was greeted by a teacher assistant who asked why she had come so suddenly and in the middle of the day "Uh, there's something I need to discuss with my sister, it is urgent" she answered, not giving information more than needed, the teacher assistant who Cecilia later found out was named Katherine nodded and guide her to a waiting room. There, tea was served along with a 3-tiered tray full of cakes, Cecilia was about to pick up one of the cakes to devour when the door slammed open, her sister, Theresa looked ecstatic "Cecilia! You came" she exclaimed, throwing herself onto Cecilia in joy, "Calm down" Cecilia patted her sister awkwardly, they don't really see each other much as both of them are always busy so this was a nice change of scenery. "Theresa, I have something really important to discuss with you" Cecilia finally said after Theresa had calmed down and started picking what cake to eat.
Theresa asked through her munching mouth "What is it?" she swallowed her cake, Cecilia realized this might come off as crazy, stuck in a time loop? This is not a novel, Cecilia nervously took a sip of her tea, it was rhubarb with cinnamon, a delicacy that no commoner can afford due to the recent trade restrictions, "I think I might've been stuck in a time loop" Cecilia blurted out.
