The NPC is Stuck in a Time Loop

Chapter 7

Cecilia jolted awake, she felt her body then she looked around her room, she's back in her home, was the outer body experience from last night a dream? She couldn't tell, she looked around one more time and squinted her eyes to see if anything had changed, if whether or not the time loop had ended, but nothing, nothing was out of the ordinary, the same villager walked by the apartment, the amount of birds that flew roof to roof was the same, she sighed in defeat, it's whatever now, or so she thought, she knows she needs to go to the store but she barely has the energy to after such disappointment. She gets dressed and today she has decided, she will punch the Mustard-haired guy, she doesn't care if the time loop will end tomorrow or not, she had enough of being the laughingstock of the stars.

She stomped angrily to the store and slammed the door open, and she did her usual routine, she wiped the windows of the store, brushed the wood-tiled floor, and turned the open and close sign by the door, she sat behind the seat of the registry and huffed, it is 09:51, in 4 minutes the Mustard-haired guy will appear, she cracked her fingers, ready to punch. And just like that, 4 minutes passed and the mustard-haired guy appeared with his st*pid glasses and st*pid grin, he walked to the registry after picking up a couple of potions and Cecilia knew it was time, is she channeling her anger to an innocent man? Maybe, but h*ck time will loop again after all, why should she care? Cecilia was about to land a punch on the poor man before she saw it. 

The potions the mustard-haired guy picked up were different from the usual potions he would pick, Cecilia blinked, and her fist stopped midair, she pulled the guy by his wrist and almost yelled asking him "What day is it!?" Cecilia said the mustard-haired guy was taken aback and stuttered "Uh I believe it's the 26th day of spring" he replied, 26th day? Cecilia's eyes widened, that's a day after yesterday, she let the man go and grinned happily, she was not in a time loop anymore and most of all, she didn't get fired. Or well maybe the store owner hasn't stopped by the store but anyway, she's finally free. Cecilia quickly rang the customer up before pushing him through the door, "We're closed for today, bye!" she said excitedly before slamming the door in his face, she needs to see Theresa and tell her about whatever sh*t happened to her, she needs to know why, just why did she get stuck in a time loop. And what did they mean by 'Destined'?
