Working Together
Working with her is peaceful... Awfully peaceful. Like she never talks. Never. When you were first assigned to work with her, things were deadly awkward. You would simply go to work, finish your mission and then done. However as time went on she was quite protective of you and she started to talk only when you discovered that she was a female

Oh No! Someone Caught Feelings +Confession Time!!
It was a very difficult mission for her to understand and accept her feelings for you. At first she had no opinion about you neither cared. Just another coworker. However, after many missions together she started to admire your strength and ability thinking more highly of you. The more time you spent together the more comfortable she was with you. Your personality and behavior towards her made her to think of you as a 'friend' or at least that was what she told to herself. She never expressed her feelings but she cared deeply about you. The first thing she would do when she was at work, was to look around for your presence. Despite her usual self she would go out with you, for a coffee, shopping etc.
Some day she was heading to a mission with Ichiyo, sitting in the passenger's sit, while the blonde woman was driving.
"Soo... What's up with the newcomer?" she asked her, one hand at the wheel and the other resting in the window
Gin got a bit alerted and asked with her usual quite voice
"what do you mean?"
"Pff... Don't play dumb on me. I now a good romance when I see one" answered the blonde slightly smirking as she side glanced at her
"R-romance? What.. what are you even talking about?" she said defensively as her usual stoicism disappeared and a faint pink appear in her ears
"Chill... It's not bad to have a crush on someone. I mean she's pretty and strong..."
"I-I don't feel anything like this about her! And even if I did, there's no way she will feel the same way about me"
"Oh... It's not a crush... You're actually in love!" she said excitedly, ignoring the threatening looks Gin gave her...

Later that day Gin couldn't stop thinking about Ichiyo's words. No matter how much she tried to deny it, she was actually in love with you. Even though she was brave in missions and such, she wasn't brave at all when it came to subjects of love and feelings so confessing to you was out of the question.
You on the other hand, shared the same feelings for her and decided to try your luck. You had nothing to loose and in the worst case scenario, things would be simple awkward between the two of you. (you ignored the possibility of Akutagawa coming for your soul)
The two of you were heading to a bar as part of a mission to simple inspect something.
You sat down at a table to act normal. After making sure that everything was fine you spoke to Gin who had her attention to her surroundings.
"I like you Gin. Romantically" you said quietly but with confidence. She froze and didn't say anything for a while. You noticed her ears turning slightly red as you waited patiently for her answer
"I... I like you too y/n" she said softly
You smiled
"wow... I wonder who is going to murder me first, Akutagawa or Tachichara..." you said smiling "but whoever it will be, it will be worthy" you continued and even though she was wearing her usual mask you could tell that she was smiling

Even when you got into a relationship she was still too shy with physical touch and affection. She will take the first step very but very rarely and will go as far as holding hands. You will be the one to ask for hugs, and at first she will be uncomfortable but will accept. The longer you're together the more comfortable she'll get and won't mind at all physically affection and might as well offer you some herself

When you overworked Yourself
She will be confused. She will have a hard time trying to find how to take care of you but she will. She will be kinda awkward but in a cute way. Will probably be mad both at you for not taking care of yourself and at herself cause she'll think that she doesn't pay enough attention to you. When you're better she will check on you very often and won't let you overwork yourself ever again.

She's very but very protective of you. Especially in work. When she is in her casual outfit she will be pretty chill and won't mind you going out alone at any hour. However when she wears her mask and has her hair up, everything changes. She's deadly serious and worried about your safety even if she doesn't let it show.

You Told Them "I love you"
"I love you Gin"
You said honestly. Her eyes widen a bit and she got dissociated, lowering her guard as she blushed heavily. It's been months since you started dating.
You were in the middle of a mission and even though you could handle yourself, Gin showed up to protect you. There you watched her with adoration as you thought you were lucky to have her. Then you say the 3 magic words "I love you" and she broke character. Every inch of her face had become like a tomato and she looked at you with wide eyes. Someone tried to attack her but you saved her.
"Focus love" you said with a smirk. She pulled herself together
"right..." she said in a low voice "I love you too..." she whispered mostly to herself, as she continued to fight.

*Tachichara's thoughts as he was fighting for his life*
'are they both stupid!? Out of all times now?!'

-like every other normal human being she will get jealous but not in an annoying way
-she will NEVER show it
-will wait patiently until you're done talking to that person being quiet the whole time. Even after you went away she won't mention anything about it and you will probably never know about it
-I feel like she will feel sad when jealous but again she will get over it quickly
