I wake up to Sensei Wu's voice, I open my eyes slightly and groan. "Y/N!! Wake up!! Ninja don't sleep in." He says with a frown. Excuse me? NINJA? There's no way I'm some sort of ninja, I must've been not hearing properly.
"Dad- I mean Wu.. I'm so tired, I don't wanna get up.." I said with a sleepy face.
"Y/n just call me dad." Wu says with a chuckle. I smile when he says that, after all the problems with being an orphan all my life... yes, im the Sensei Wu's adoptive kid. Wu's told me about the ninja a few times. I wonder if I'll ever meet them one day.
I groan once again and finally get up.
"Y/n, I have some good news." Wu says. "Huh good news? What do you mean?" I say confused. "Your going to move into the monastery with me and live with the ninja, and you'll become one of them." Wu said smiling. WHAT!?
"Dad.. a ninja? But why?" I said, while raising my eyebrows. "Because I see light in you."
Light? What does he mean?...
"Alright fine. I'll move into the monastery with you and those ninja.." I highly doubt I'll be a good ninja- But I'll try I guess!
"Lets go now, y/n." Wu says
A few hours pass, Wu and y/n arrive at the monastery.
Wu opens the monastery door, the ninja come running and hug Wu but they look at me like I'm some stranger. FYI, yes i am a stranger-
"Whos that.. girl?" The black haired boy said. He looked at me with his dark brown eyes. "She's not some girl, Cole. She has potential in her!" Wu says smiling.
Potential?
"Nice to meet you all, my names y/n." I smile hoping these boys think I'm cool. "Nice to meet you too y/n" Cole says smirking. Why is he smirking at me? He looks like a creep-
"I'm jay!" "I'm kai!" "I'm zane." "And you already know my name, cole" cole winks as he looks at me. I just give him an awkward smile... he's kinda cute... OH MY GOD Y/N WHAT ARE YOU THINKING- he's okay i guess.. he's a little fine.. ugh stop thinking these weird thoughts.
"Erm.. y/n?" Cole says chuckling a little and the others laugh aswell. "Why are you blushing so hard? You nervous? Am I like super hot or something that I'm making your face burn like FIREEEE~!" Kai says with a cocky smirk.
Cole looks at kai a bit annoyed and a little jealous.... "KAI!! She's probably just blushing because it's a bit hot today.."
I laugh a bit. "Coles right, it's just the hot weather today!.." I walk into the monastery with my stuff. "SO... where do I sleep dad?" I look at Wu with a smile, "alright, who's kind enough to let y/n sleep in their room?"
Cole quickly answers "Me! Me! I have an extra bed!" Cole blushes a tiny bit.
Wu smiles and nods. I pick up my stuff but coles hands grab my stuff. "I'll take your stuff for you y/n!" I smile widely as he does the kind gesture, i follow him up to his room.
He's actually kinda nice..?
