Personality: She is bold and brave. Much like her ancestor she is confident, feisty, fierce and proud. She is also good at observing things and enjoys reading and learning about the past. She can be a bit sarcastic, and is more than willing to defend others from false accusations. She is also always happy to ramble about the people she's studied and researched, and keeps her family history no secret.

Backstory: Poppy grew up in a family who tried to keep a good image, but her and her family knew their biggest secret was that they were distant descendants of famed pirate, Anne Bonny

Growing up, Poppy discovered that most of her ancestor's life was a mystery to the public, and delved into research though found very little information.

Annoyed by how her ancestor's legacy was a mystery to her let alone the world, she made it her mission to at least save the legacies of others, or bring the truth about them to life. After that she delved into researching other historical figures whose stories were never told properly or at all, and wrote books on them too. These historical figures included Dick Turpin who was an awful criminal but was often painted as a robin hood style hero, the six wives of Henry VIII who were often only seen as that..just a king's wives, and even Richard III who was only remembered as the caricature created by Shakespeare and she researched many more people too. She wrote books on the unknown side of these people's lives.

In the end her wide knowledge on history led to her being titled the ultimate historian.
