Personality: 

Himari is full of herself, cocky, sarcastic and narcissistic. She tends to be quite rude and brutally honest, only showing aa softer side to her twin sister. After her sister's death she tries to be nicer to the others, eventually befriending them.

Yui is very sweet, kind and polite. If people were to insult her sister she would stand up to them herself, and is willing to sacrifice herself for anyone she cares about.

Crush: Himari's crush is Kazuichi, Yui has no crush

Role: Yui is a victim, Himari is a survivor

Extra: At some point Yui over hears someone planning to kill her sister, and in turns makes Himari switch clothes with her so as she dies in her sister's place. Of course, everyone believes it's Himari that died as Yui convinced Monokuma to put Himari's name in the file instead of her own. Nobody learns the truth until halfway through the trial.
