Alethea's POV:

The lecture hall we were all gathered in was silent, tense silence, I looked around and could almost feel my classmates radiating with anxiety. One could cut the tension of having to do their mid-terms, and I was lucky enough to have done my mid-term before it got postponed after the incident with Bloom and the Chamber. The Trix were to blame for that and I couldn't be angrier.

"And now the announcement you have all been waiting for," Palladium said, not fully breaking the tension but grabbing the attention of all of us who didn't dare move, despite having passed the mid-term already, I couldn't help but feel stressed myself because of this suffocating tension in this room. "The magical reality chamber is working again, we can finally resume our mid-term exam. Half of you will take it today and the rest tomorrow. I don't think I have to remind you all but this is the most important test of the year, it will count for half of your grade."

"I double-triple hope I don't have to go today." I heard one of my classmates whisper to their friend.

"I'm so nervous." They whispered back in agreement. "I can't even connect to my Winx."

"Let's see." The Professor hummed and went through his list of names. "Princess Stella is first on the list, looks like she is absent again. Did anyone see her this morning?"

"I did." I spoke up, grabbing everyone's attention and for once I wasn't nervous when all of their eyes were on me. "She wasn't feeling well, she said that she switched her perfume with a cat potion. She ate a furball!" An uncomfortable feeling pooled in my stomach, as I thought back to this morning, despite having my suspicions that she was just faking it to skip this mid-term, I still couldn't help but worry.

"Please tell her that I expect her to take her test first thing tomorrow, she has to pass this test, her grades in this class are already low." He warned and opened the chamber. "Next up will be Flora." At the call of her name, Flora got up and entered the simulation room with the kit she had chosen, despite her being nervous, I knew that she was more confident in her skills after our encounter with the Nymphs. I was glad that she had more confidence in herself and her magic.

"Alright now." Professor Palladium hummed, as he prepared for the simulation. "Remember, magical reality is not make-believe. The chamber will automatically select a dead planet."

"Excuse me, professor," Flora spoke up, her voice wavering when everyone's eyes were on her. "But I don't believe that there's such thing as a dead planet!"

Professor Palladium's eyebrows furrowed in confusion. "What do you mean?"

"I prefer to them as planets that are in need." Flora freely spoke about what was on her mind, usually, she would hesitate but when it had to do with her passion, she wasn't scared to speak her mind. "They just need love!"
