I was a Bambi :
calm and tender ;
Adoring myself and others ;
So oblivious ,
as they feasted upon me.
Now a tiger ,
roaming my jungle.
The apex predator ,
refusing to ever be the prey again !
Fearlessly bare ,
about my stripes ! -
Wonderfully WILD .
BUT...
I want to be more !
Soaring high and low ,
anywhere and everywhere !
Like an eagle ,
flying FREE.
WILD & FREE ,
that is how I would like to be.
