The light breeze blowing across her face, stirred Yiseul awake from her slumber. The morning Sunlight beamed through the open windows. A wide smile crept on her face when she realised she had fallen asleep with Jeonghan by her side, cuddling and having late night talks.

"Morning" though it was a frequent occurrence, Yiseul felt goosebumps rising on her skin when she heard his deep and raspy morning voice. "Want to go grab breakfast and pick Haneul up?"

The picture she had imagined in her mind was completely different as to what she was experiencing right now. Yiseul found herself seated at the enormous dining table with 13 pair eyes boring into her.

Jeonghan hadn't mentioned to her that they would be eating breakfast with the other members and Yiseul couldn't help but feel small under their gaze. Internally sighing, the female realised how familiar this scene felt.

"Hit with Deja Vu?" Her words stirred chuckles around the table, recalling their very first encounter. "Slaughtered or Saved?" Lowering his voice, Seungcheol imitated how he had spoken that day.

Erupting into fits of laughter, Yiseul covered her face in embarrassment. "Dude, that's so dramatic and...cringe!" looking back at that time, the bunch of people had realised how different yet similar the times were right at that moment.

The group of people that had become a family along the way were happily conversing and merrily feasting, eating together. They found it eccentric how Yiseul had agreed to being slaved and working for them or how they had come to know she was Seungcheol's long lost sister.

"It feels as if a lot of time has passed" People say you grow when you go through difficult times and their journey wasn't a easy one either. Joining here and gathering together after so long felt like a strenuous task, after all that they had been through.

"We're sorry to you both" Wonwoo mumbled, apologising to Minghao and Yiseul, getting agreements from all the other's. Mustering up a small smile, Yiseul sipped on her juice.

"So first of all" the female announced, "No more apologies" All their gazes was averted to her. "And I've decided" Following a dramatic pause, Yiseul gathered her courage, glancing at Jeonghan who nodded at her, encouragingly.

"To put everything behind us, all in the past" the breath they had been holding, had finally been released. Yiseul felt joyous scaring them and noticing their relieved smiles after.

"Forgive each other and start anew?" raising her glass filled with juice, Yiseul hesitantly scoured the room for any reaction. She wanted nothing more than to go back to the way things were, peaceful and a comforting environment. Her talk with Jeonghan had made her realise how she missed her family and how they were living in guilt for treating her bad.

"A new beginning" At Hoshi's cheer, all of them raised their respective glasses or cups filled with teas, juices and coffees.

Feeling a hand press against her own, Yiseul looked upto Dokyeom, smiling softly at her. His eyes were red, burning with tears. "I'm sorry, you two"

Dokyeom had brought his bestfriend's in a shared embrace, begging forgiveness for his past actions. "It's alright, Dokyeom-ah!" Minghao patted his back, all the more ready to release the hug. If Dokyeom wanted, he could get extremely clingy and he was in the mood for exactly that.

"It wasn't in your hands, Min-ah!" Yiseul feebly pressed a kiss on his forehead, admiring the bright-sunshine-smile adorning his face. "Smile suits you better than those ugly tears"

"Yeah exactly! You look ugly" and they were at it again. Teasing and bickering with each other. "Guys" a different voice budged in their conversations.

"Even I'm part of the 97'liner! Don't abandon me" a sulky Mingyu with his lips puckered in a pout, waddled his way to them. Dokyeom and Minghao glanced at Yiseul, unsure due to the couple's shaken up past.

Yiseul brought Mingyu in a side hug, "We've already resolved everything!" "Don't worry" The time when Mingyu had come to visit her, he came bearing a guilt that needed to be get off and Yiseul helped him with that. Mingyu continued after her. "Cheers to our friendship!" Dokyeom cheered loudly causing the other three to burst out laughing.

"Cheers to SVT!!!"

Yiseul though hurt and feeling betrayed by their behaviour couldn't help but forgive them, because at the end they were her family, her people.

Some might think that I have let Yiseul forgive them real quick or the boys needed a lot more for causing her pain but IMO, love doesn't avenge

No matter how the person has hurt you, LOVE oversees all of them and with the bond that they share, I believe forgiveness came with the factor of love 😭
Yiseul would've forgave them even if they held a gun to her temple (well, practically they did😂)
