Report of the investigation of the discovery of the body killed:

On Monday, February 4, 2019, the body of a thirty-eight-year-old woman with a gunshot wound to the right temple was found in Washington, D.C. (Anacostia).

Police were called to the scene at 10:12 a.m. Witnesses called 911 for shots fired in the Anacostia neighborhood. The woman's body was found in a silver 2015 Mercedes. A gun was found in the victim's right hand, which matches the shell casing in the car and the bullet in the victim's body, a Beretta 9mm handgun with fingerprints on the trigger. No other prints were found on the weapon. A disposable mobile phone was found on the victim. The fingerprints of the victim and Agent Ryan Kent - killed on January 28, 2019 - were found in the car.

The car belonged to him. Fingerprints from the FBI employee database positively identified the body. Identification confirmed that the found body belonged to Dr. Alexis E. Stepman. The cause of death is suicide with a firearm to the right temple.
