It's been a few weeks and oddly enough my stomach has grown. I'm not huge, but it's now evident that I'm pregnant.

Karmen, Izzy, and Rose have been obsessed with it. I can't lie I have as well.

I've stared at myself in the mirror, caressing the bump with a smile on my face.

It's been good the last few days, but I feel like it's all about to come crashing down.

Rose told me she told her family of my choice. I was informed that a specific group of three don't like my choice but I don't care.

It's my choice.

She also told me Carlisle would like to do my ultrasound. I wasn't sure about it, but Amethyst convinced me to go. Now here I am, sitting in my car, scared.

"Willow?" Rosalie asks.

I tighten my grip on the wheel. "Are you sure he's gone?" She nods. " I almost threw him out of the house. He's gone and won't be back until you leave."

I nod and take a deep breath. We exit the car and walk up to the house. We enter and immediately I'm greeted by Esme.

"Oh Willow dear, it's so nice to see you! I'm so sorry for everything I hope you can forgive us! Are you ok? Do you need something to eat? How about something to dr-Esme." Carlisle enters the room.

"Let's not overwhelm her." Esme gives me a small smile. "Right, I'm sorry dear."

I flash a quick smile, "it's ok...I'm not that hungry." Esme nods.

"How about we get started?" I take a deep breath and nod. Rosalie guides me to the at home office.

Carlisle directs me to lay on the table and I follow his instructions. He moves around the room, putting on gloves and setting things up.

He walks towards me and reaches for my shirt. Out of instinct I grab him hand.

"Willow, I'm not going to hurt you." I slowly let go of his wrist.

"Sorry..." he smiles and lifts my shirt.

"I'm going to put the ointment on your stomach. It might be cold." I say nothing and watch as he lathers it on my stomach.

He grabs the ultrasound tube and places it on my stomach. Three out of synch heartbeats fill the room.

"It's a bit hard to tell but right there, are the babies." I stare at the screen in amazement.

They are small, but big at the same time. Two of the babies are holding the one in the middle, as if they are protecting them.

Tears start to form in my eyes seeing them for the first time. "Willow? Are you ok?"

I laugh as I wipe the tears, "yes, I'm just emotional seeing them."

"It's a wonderful thing to go through. Due to the circumstances, they are bigger than most babies. I would say you could be at the second trimester, somewhere in the middle, but that could change overnight."

I hear him but I'm not really listening. I'm too amazed at the screen infront of me.

"Do you want to know the genders?"

I finally look away from the screen. "We can see that now?"

He nods, "yes. If you don't want to know right now, I can put the gender in an envelope and you can open it whenever you feel like it."

"I want to know now."

He smiles and moves the machine.

"The one in the middle is a girl-" my heart skips a beat at his words.
