After 5 months of dating each other ,Indra and I decided that it now time to reveal our relationship to our parents...

Right now I am sitting on the sofa living room nervously fidgeting my fingers as Indra will come today to our house and we both will reveal this together...

Never in my life I feel this much tensed not even during my board exam...ohh godd sab dekhn lena !!

The door bell rung and my heart starts beating more rapidly as a result...like it would come out any time..

My mother opens the door...

Sriji's mom- aree beta ,tum abhi ...kya surprise Diya...aao aao andar aao...
Suniye ji dekhiye kaun aaye hai Ghar...

Sriji dad come downstairs

Sriji dad- are Indra beta, srijita beta dekh kaun aaye hai...

Indra took blessings from both of them...he wear wearing formals and bring some box of sweets along with him...

Both Indra and srijita took glances at each other...and Indra blinkes his eyes to assure her , everyone will be good...

Indra- uncle aunty mein I mean hum dono aap dono se kuch kehana chahte hain...

Srijita goes and stands beside him...her throat was feeling dry....

Automatically both of their smile and excitement fades hearing the seriousness from his voice...

They both look at each other waiting for them to continue...

Indra- woh mein aur srijita hum ek dusre se pyaar karte hain..aur shaadi karna chahte hain....

Sriji dad looks at her daughter...

Srijita- Haan papa ,mein Indra se pyar karti hu...I really love him...

Sriji dad- ( in strict voice) kabse chal rahe hai yeh sab.??

Indra- ( without telling any lie...) From 5 months hum ek dusre ko date kar rahe hain...

Both sriji's dad and mom looks at each other and starts smiling looking at their timid faces...

Sriji's dad- mujhe pata nahi tha ki tum itna jaldi mere beti ki dil Jeet loge...I am really impressed with you Indra ..

( I really don't have idea that you would win my daughter's heart so fast ..I am really impressed with you Indra...)

Both Indra and Srijita looked at them with shocked faces ..and they were smiling?? Like really?? Or they were dreaming??

Indra- uncle aapko matlab kaise ...

( uncle you I mean how??)

Sriji's mom- beta hum log tum log k agr par karke aaye hai...hum log k bhi aankhe hain... hum log ko sab malum hote hain aas paas kya ho rahe hain...

( dear ,we had crossed your age ...we have two eyes ...we can see what is going around us ...just we don't mention it loud...)

Sriji's mom/ dad- AND WE ARE BOTH HAPPY WITH YOUR DECISIONS...

sriji's dad hug Indra tightly ....and sriji's mom hugs her daughter....

Sriji's dad( teasingly)- waise ek tip deta hu Indra beta tumhe ...meri jo beti Hain na ..bahut ziddi hain...apne baat karwake hi maanti hain....sehh loge na sari zindagi ise???

( btw can I give you one tip Indra dear...this daughter of mine na is very stubborn...she always do what she wants...can you bear her for your whole life na??)

Sriji's eyes widened - dadddd!!!!

All laughs at Both father and daughter duo...

Later at that night , Indra's mom and dad comes to know their relationship...and they also got very happy hearing this news..

Both of their family are really excited for their marriage ....
