The smell was coming from everywhere at once. It was getting stronger by the second. I knew it wouldn't be long before I couldn't handle it.

"Whats wrong?" Jeff asked. He clearly couldn't smell the blood.

"Its everywhere." I whispered. Every time I breathed I became a little more under its spell. "Its everywhere. I need it." I whispered looking around me. The streets were bare. It was hot. And I needed blood. I couldn't find it though. "Where is it?" I whispered walking deeper into the street.

"Hey. No come here. We're leaving." Jeff attempted to grab my arm but I quickly moved and had my knife in a ready position.

"But I'm not ready to go yet." I backed up slowly. I needed to find this source of blood. It was sooo good. So tempting.

"Come on. We have to go." Jeff urged reaching for me once more. I slashed my knife at him, cutting his hand. Blood slowly oozed out of the gash.

The smell hit me before I could even notice it. I was no longer in control of what I was doing. My body was acting on its own. I needed that blood. "Give it to me." I hissed at Jeff. He looked at me. "I want your blood." I hissed taking a step towards him.

"Come on. Stop messing around." Jeff rolled his eyes at me.

"But I want your blood."

"No." I lunged. My knife got stuck somewhere deep in his arm. And I craved for the thick liquid.

I licked the gash on his arm and the taste filled my mouth. It was delicious. "Stop licking me." Jeff struggled to push me off him put I pinned him down.

"Stop struggling." I growled at him, blood dripping down my chin and a smile plastered to my face. My hands were covered in the sticky mess and my knife was still lodged in Jeff.

"We have to go." Jeff growled.

"I don't care!" I said laughing carelessly. I wanted that blood. I needed that blood. I can't live without blood. He kicked me off him and I landed on the street. "That was a big mistake Jeff." I said manic like. I laughed and got up, ready to attack him.

"If I don't get you to the director we're both screwed. Now get your knife out of my arm and get your ass walking down that road." Jeff snarled at me.

With not a care in the world I turned around and walked into the nearest alley. It was dark. But that's ok.

"Get back here!" Jeff shouted. I heard his footsteps getting closer and the smell of blood was thick in the air.

"I think I'd rather you come to me." I clucked my tongue and giggled. I was unarmed but I could still kill if I wanted. And I wanted.

The footsteps came closer and closer and the smell was heavier and heavier. I let out a sigh. "You take forever." I said and walked up to him. I felt a pinch and pain ran through my stomach, making me snap out of the bloodlust haze I was in. I gripped the knife pushed through my stomach and let a choked noise come from my mouth. "This doesn't feel to good." I whispered falling to my knees. I slowly pulled the knife from my stomach and watched as it glowed red when it caught a flash of light.

"Are you ok?! Where are you?" Jeff said anxiously.

"I got a taste of my own medicine I guess." I croaked. My arms were slick in a heavy red liquid and my dress was turned into a rag, soaking up the blood. I felt myself get light headed.

"Why's the ground wet?" Jeff whispered.

"Is this how all those people felt after I had hurt them so badly?" I felt a hand lightly run over my cheek.
