Shortly thereafter, I found myself forcibly removed from my artificial bedroom and promptly seated in a makeup chair. A skilled hand meticulously erased the layers of makeup. My surroundings left me dumbfounded, rendering me temporarily unable to process the surreal situation I had stumbled into.

After the makeup artist departed, I took a moment to study the mirror and its accompanying decorations. The surrounding wooden surface showcased an array of Polaroid photographs featuring myself, Sam, and Dean. Among them, some captured moments of our shared laughter, warm embraces, and playful antics. Single photos of myself also adorned the surroundings, bearing unusual special effects like claw marks. I extended my hand and plucked the nearest photo featuring myself, Dean, and Sam from the surface. It came off effortlessly, adhered with just a smudge of tack. As I examined the Polaroid photo, I found myself sandwiched between both brothers, our faces adorned with wide, radiant smiles. The boys gazed ahead as the photo was taken, capturing the joyous moment.

I couldn't help but feel a pang in my heart. In this "world," the three of us were hugging and smiling together, appearing as close great friends. The sight of the photo left me with a heavy heart, making me ponder why we couldn't be as close in reality.

"Poppy," a female voice called from behind, but I remained fixated on the photo, not immediately reacting to the sound. The name reached my ears once more, closer this time.

"Poppy," suddenly, a hand rested on my shoulder, causing me to snap my head up and meet the gaze of one of the makeup artists in the mirror. She wore a broad smile, her auburn hair cascading just above her shoulders, and her emerald eyes gleaming in the light. She, too, referred to me as 'Poppy.' Poppy, a name I hadn't expected.

"I... uh," I faltered, too stunned to form coherent words.

"You want your regular order?" She continued, her brows furrowing, while I struggled to process her question. "Are you all right?" She inquired, concern lacing her voice.

"Yeah, I'm fine," I replied, managing to utter the words, offering her a faint smile. "Have you seen Dean and Sam?" I blurted out, but she chuckled softly in response, prompting me to fake a laugh along with her.
