"How is the humiliation going ?" said Kirsten sarcastically
"Shut up"
"I mean it was dumb of you to go against Yeni Cho on Haechi's shoulders" Audrey said with a pointed look
"I'll get my revenge" Amaia declared "Somehow". She let her gaze wander a bit around. Her eyes fell on a certain tall girl. She might just have an idea. She didn't know where to begin with it. Audrey followed Amaia's gaze and soon spotted Bada's figure among the Bebe team. Her brows raised in curiosity.
"Oh! Looks like I just got an idea!" Audrey exclaimed, a mischievous twinkle in her eye.
"Audrey, don't you dare," Amaia warned, but her friend was already on her way to join the Bebe team. Amaia felt a wave of embarrassment wash over her. She hadn't told Audrey about the recent development with Bada, and she was both anxious and intrigued to see what her friend had in mind. Deciding to keep her distance for now, she observed from afar.
Audrey I was chatting energetically with the girls from Bebe, and Bada was looking quite amused. Amaia gulped When Audrey and Bada then turned to her and gesture her to join them.
"Amaia I got you a solution" Audrey said showing off Bada.
"I've heard you're in need of a strategic move against Wolf'Lo," Bada said, hinting mischief.
Amaia feigned ignorance, not quite ready to accept the implications of the idea. "I do not see how you could help," she replied
Bada leaned in, her playful smirked undeterred. "Well, except for the fact that you're two heads shorter than Haechi, your plan had some good aspects," she said, raising an eyebrow. "But I'm thinking you should even the odds. Lucky for you, I'm as tall as Haechi."
"Ohhh, I see," Amaia kept the act on "And you'd do this because?"
Bada pointed at her lifeguard costume with a grin. "I guess as the lifeguard, I have to come to the rescue."
Amaia chuckled, her heart pounding with anticipation. "Humhum, for the sake of being credible, then."
Bada leaned in closer, her voice a whisper. "Plus, you get the surprise factor, they won't expect this". I didn't expect this in the first place thought Amaia to herself. Amaia couldn't turn down the offer but played hard to get "I guess I don't have any other choice. We're all literally 5'7 max," she said, nodding toward the other Jam Republic members.
Bada flashed her a confident smile. "Guess you're stuck with me, then."
Amaia couldn't help but smile back, trying not to squeal inside. "I guess I am," she said with pouted lips.
------------------------------------
Bada had struggled to maintain a serious expression when Audrey had came up to her "Badaaaa!"
"Huh?" She had turned towards the younger girl from JR. "What's going on?"
"Tatter and Amaia got destroyed," Audrey was pouting
Bada had raised an eyebrow "Yeah, I witnessed that," she chuckled, recalling Tatter's attempt to drink half the pool from Yeni-Cho's water gun. "It was great, though."
Audrey's frustration was evident as she crossed her arms. "Not the point. Amaia is plotting for revenge, but she needs help."
With a mischievous glint in her eyes, Bada teased, "Okayyy..." letting Audrey reveal what she had in mind. Audrey finally spilled her intentions: "Would you be totally against helping Amaia?"
Bada couldn't help but grin "Ohhh, I see. And she sent you?".
"No, she didn't!" Audrey protested. "I just have to save what's left of her ego."
