The Muslims of the whole world, and especially a
section of the Muslims of subcontinent, have become
accustomed to celebrating the 12th of Rabi-ul-Awal
in the name of Eid Milad-ul-Nabi(ﷺ). Make feasts and listen to Qawwalis or naats. While the other class
declares this celebration as illegitimate. The Holy
Qur'an has given us many excellent principles regarding this various issue and a series of similar controversial issues.

Rule #1:Conflicts should not be allowed to happen in the first place, so that weakness does not arise in the collective strength of the Ummah.

And obey Allah and His Messenger(ﷺ), and do not dispute and [thus] lose courage and (then) your strength would
depart; and be patient. Indeed, Allah is with the patient.
(Surah Al-Anfal 8:46)

Rule #2:If there is ever a dispute in a matter, then
take it to the court of Allah and His Messenger(ﷺ) and accept the decision from there.

And if you disagree over anything, refer it to Allah and
the Messenger(ﷺ), if you should believe in Alläh and the
Last Day. That is the best [way] and best in result.
(Surah An-Nisa-59)

Rule#3: When Allah and His Messenger(ﷺ) make a decision, accepting it unquestioningly is the only guarantee of the security of faith.

But no! By your Lord, they will never be true' believers until they accept you 'O Prophet'(ﷺ) as the judge in their disputes, and find no resistance with in themselves against your decision and submit wholeheartedly.
(Surah An-Nisa-4:65)

•From this verse, it is known that if there is even an
atom's weight of displeasure and dislike in the heart
against the decision of the Holy Prophet(ﷺ), then it is
against faith.Therefore, in a hadith,
The Prophet (ﷺ) said:...
"None of you (truly] believes until his desires are subserviet to that which I have brought."
(Hadith 41, 40 Hadith an-Nawawi)

Rule #4: When Allah and the Messenger(ﷺ) make a decision, then no one has the right to follow another path of his own free will, rather he has to accept that decision.

It is not for a believing man or woman-when Allah and
His Messenger (ﷺ) decree a matter- to have any other choice in that matter.1 lndeed, whoever disobeys Allah
and His Messenger has clearly gone far'astray.
[ Surah Al-Ahzab 36].

•According to these stated principles, when we seek
guidance from the Qur'an and Sunnah to resolve this
controversial issue of Miad, we do not find a single
reason to celebrate this prevalent celebration of
Milad in both places. Even in Khair al-Quron, this
practice is not proven by anyone. On the contrary,
we find a prohibition in the sahih ahadith to avoid
inventing new things in rligion.

so Follow Sunnah avoid Bidd'ah..
