HOW TO EXPRESS GRATITUDE
FOR THE BIRTH OF
PROPHET (ﷺ)?
•It is unfair to dedicate one day in a year to this great person, the PROPHET (ﷺ) who spent, His whole life in concern for his Ummah.
Rather, devoting one's whole life to Him, following His footsteps, this is real love. When the reward is received in the hearafter, then it will be a real celebration, In Sha Allah.
• The celebration which Muslims have adopted today.
Put your hand on your heart and honestly think, can you do all of these in front of PROPHET (ﷺ)?
Noise, Commotion, Setting up lights, Cutting cakes, Playing Milad and naats through loudspeakers.
•Settings up light everwhere is not a virtue, enlighten the heart with fith and love for The Prophets (ﷺ).
Instead of decorating the streets, decorate your life by following the techings and Sunnah of The Prophets (ﷺ).
It's pity that people do the opposite leave the Sunnah only by saying that it is a Sunnah not Fard!
While they practice bid'ah (innovation) with more repetition than the fard!
•People says what is wrong in it? We only read naats, Saying poem in praise of the Prophets (ﷺ) is also proven by the companions, we celebrate happiness there's no sin in it!!!
▪So my respected and dear religious brothers and sisters!
Read this chap with open heart and pray to Allah your heart towards the truth.
•The problem is that this action is done with the
intention of reward, it is done every year, it is done by
specifying a date and it is done collectively. For which
proof is mandatory, otherwise such an unproven act
will be considered innovation.
Because Prophet said If somebody innovates
something which is not in harmony with the principles
of our religjion, that thing is rejected. (Sahih Muslim 7)
•Irbad radhi Allahu anhu said: One day the Messenger
of Allah led us in prayer, then faced us and gave us
a lengthy exhortation at which the eyes shed tears
and the hearts were afraid.Aman said: Messenger
of Allah! It seems as if it were a farewell exhortation,
so what injunction do you give us?
•He(ﷺ) then said: l enjoin you to fear Allah, and to hear
and obey even if it be an Abyssinian slave, for those
of you who live after me will see great disagreement.
You must then follow my sunnah and that of the
rightly-guided caliphs. Hold to it and stick fast to it.
Avoid novelties, for every novelty is an innovation, and
every innovation is an error. (Abu dawood 4607)
•Prophet gave us a great torch during this time of
disagreements, The Sunnah of the Prophet(ﷺ) and
the Way of the Righteous Caliphs!.
You know very well that it is not proved by any of them to celebrate the date of birth everyyear.
Then the Prophet(ﷺ) advised us to avoid new ways in the
religion and further explained that every new thing
introduced in the religion is innovation which is
misguidance.
