It's been many days pass n now teja was in her 9 month... n from past 3 months kk was not leaving her side...

Now it was very difficult for her to even walk a little because if twins n she was very tired n sleepy all the time but she couldn't sleep because of back pain ...

Today kk has planned something for teja...

Kk: baby jaan get up now today whole day I have surprises for u get up...

Teja got up n kk helped her n then they got fresh n kk had arranged her clothes..

Teja: sunny y traditional today...

Kk helped her in getting ready..

Then they had performed a small pooja n then everyone gave gifts to teja n kk was all time with her...

Kk: hello hello everyone as this surprise is over let's move to another surprise... come baby...

Teja holds kks hand n got up n slowly started to walk...

They reached in there hall n that was another shock to her...

Kk didn't let her finish it he back hugged her...
