I gathered up my sword, Backstab, the one, Seo used. I was already ready to the fighting on. I was excited yet nervous. Simon and I had never talked about the kiss, not only that being the first kiss I had ever had. And I wasn’t going to tell him. He had given me my first kiss. I had frozen. Why’d he kiss me? Was this some type of joke? Maybe because it was in the moment of the whole sullen. He just kissed me because he thought it was the right thing to do. This had my head spinning. Someone knocked on my door, and knocked the thoughts out my head,

“Yes come in.” I said, I was staying in the unknown cabin, I was alone

Simon pops in, “Hey are you ready. After when we are done, there’s dinner. You can sit with me, because no one knows who you are so.”

            “Alright.” I said simply

Why was he acting like nothing had ever happen?

“We need to talk.” I said, I know I wasn’t going to tell him but it was killing me

“We need to talk about what.” He said sitting on an old wooden chair.

“The kiss.” Why was he acting like he don’t know what I’m talking about

“Oh that.” He said, “That was me kissing you.”

            “I know.” I said frustrated

            “So why’d you ask?”

“Why did I ask?” I snapped, “Why’d you kiss me.”

“Okay.” He gave up, “I don’t know. It was nothing.”

            “Nothing.” I murmured

The first kiss I’ve ever got and it meant nothing. It meant nothing at all to him.

“Well let’s pack up.” He said simply

A tear rolled down my eyes, and I wiped it away so he wouldn’t see.

“Whatever.” I said brushing pass him

I walked toward we were playing. I had my shield and backbiter. I looked like a warrior. I was already mad and hurt. I looked back to see Simon flirting with some girl. I gagged and proceeded walking. Someone had tapped me from the back.

“What!” I said turning around thinking it was Simon. But it was someone else. He had blonde hair, and brown eyes. His skin was golden. He was beautiful. Not Simon cute but…can’t even explain.

“Snappy much.” He said looking me directly in my eyes

“I’m not snappy. It’s just. I’m sorry Hi.”

            “Oh, new here.”

            “Yup.”

            “Name?” He asked

“Selene Diaz.” I answered. I looked over the stranger shoulder to see Simon glaring right at me. When revenge gives you an apple, I’m going to bite it.

“Aiden. Aiden Lockjaw. I know weird last name. I get that a lot.” He said smiling, showing of his pearly white teeth.

“No, no, it’s a nice but unique last name. I like it.” I said smiling sweetly
