Jesse took Ellegaard's armor.

Magnus: Hey, hey, it's okay...

Lukas: Jesse... if what Gabriel said is true...

Lukas: I mean... do you think? I thought for sure they were gone, but... If they were just trapped in the Wither Storm...

Maybe your friends survived?

Jesse: Lukas, your friends could still be out there!

Lukas will remember that.

Lukas: I know! And that means I -- I gotta go after them!

Lukas: They might need me, Jesse!

Jesse didn't talk to Lukas first.

Lukas is looking at the horses. He then turns to look at Jesse who has approached him.

Jesse: Lukas, what are you doing?

Lukas: I told you. I'm going after my friends. I thought the other Ocelots were dead... but if they're not, I need to go find them. Look, I am grateful to you guys for bringing me this far... But I can't leave them alone out there. Not with three Wither Storms raging.

We need you.

Jesse: You can't just up and leave, Lukas, you're part of our team!

Lukas: And you saying that just reminds me that I left my team.

Jesse: Lukas...

Jesse respects Lukas.

My own little twist.

And loves him.

And Lukas loves Jesse too.

Lukas: Look. You and me, we've made a pretty good team so far. I'd even call us friends. So I hope you'll understand why I need to go help my OLD friends. They'd do it for me. Same way you'd go back for any of your friends.

I understand. Go.

Jesse: I can't believe I'm saying this, but... If your heart's telling you to go, then you gotta go. Otherwise you'd be... heartless, or something.

Lukas: (Chuckles a bit at what Jesse said at the last part) Thank you, Jesse. I'll find them, and then I'll find you again too. I promise.

You let Lukas go find his friends.

Jesse: Thanks.

Lukas leads one of the horses away, and Jesse has a saddened, distraught look on her face.

Lukas climbs on the horse, looks at Jesse one last time, and rides off.

Jesse stands there, saddened and distraught.

End Of Flashback

Lukas:"You're a hero! You know that? You just saved the world."

Jesse smiles weakly then winces in pain.

Lukas:"Jesse, no, don't do this to me. I need you."

Lukas:"It's okay, Jess. I'm here.(Eyes close then open)(Tearfully)I'm here."

Jesse lifts her head up.

Jesse:"Lukas...Thanks for coming back."

Lukas:"I told you I would. I promised."

Jesse:"Lukas, I must go. From now on, you're the leader. You're a good leader. And take care of Reuben for me, okay? He seems to like you."

Lukas:"I will. I promise."
