Barbie's POV

I couldn't help but smile at Ken. He was snoring softly as his head was rested against my shoulder.
So cute!

Currently we were in the plane to Paris.
I glanced at my back and saw my sisters. Stacie was already sleeping, Skipper was listening to music. And Chelsea was feeding the puppies.

"Don't put the bananas on the puppies....that won't taste good," Ken murmured sleepily....still asleep.
I couldn't help but chuckle in amusement.

"Passengers, this is the pilot speaking. The plane Malibu to Paris will land in fifteen minutes, please fasten your seatbelts."

I looked over at Ken, who was still sleeping.
Well time to wake up....I guess.
I smirked as I pinched his nose.

"Ahh....what?" Ken sputtered, I couldn't help but chuckle. However he didn't laugh, instead he glared at me and rolled his eyes.

"I had to wake you up. The plane is about to land," I grinned and then giggled at his cuteness.

"Har har har...very funny," he grunted. Then he leaned closer, "I'm so getting back at you, babe."

I was about to respond but then I saw our friends looking at us, waiting for us to do anything so they could tease us for it for a whole year.

Is that a phone Patricia is holding? She's going to record us! Ohh good grief! Not again!

"Not here," I whispered back, "We have onlookers."
Ken caught on pretty fast. Instead he just kissed my cheek.

I sneaked a quick glance at others....I couldn't help but smirk victoriously at Patricia's look of disappoinment.

I glanced outside of the window to see that we finally landed.
Now let this be a real vacation this time.

Time Skip
Two hours later

Now that was a lot of suitcases and luggages.
Right after the plane landed, we took a taxi to the hotel we reserved.
After checking in, we settled in the hotel rooms.

Now it's time to actually explore this place .
I had a plan for that.
I went through the clothes I had in my suitcase, trying to pick the perfect one for this.

"Going somewhere?!"
I groaned. I forgot I was sharing room with Cassandra.
She smirked and walked towards me.

"Don't worry. He'll love whatever you wear," she chuckled.
I blinked in surprise. How did she know where I was going?

Before I could ask her a ringtone interrupted us.
Cass looked at her phone and frowned.
She sighed before answering it and putting it on speaker.

"Hey....mom, is everything...okay?" Cassandra asked...while trying to stay calm.
Didn't Cass tell her we were going on a vacation?;

"Where in the world are you?!"
Wow....that was direct but answered my question.

Cassandra gulped and looked around for a bit, probably trying to find the perfect excuse.
I need a drink.
I sighed and walked up to the refrigerator before grabbing some orange juice and pouring in in a glass.

"Umm....I....I'm....with....Barbie!" Cassandra replied.
I choked on the juice and spat it back explosively.

"Don't drag me into your mess!" I shouted from the kitchen, causing her to glare at me.

"Okay......let me ask it again. Why in the world are you in Paris??!"

Oh crap! We're all dead! Now she thinks I have something to do with all of this.
Cassandra looked down at her phone awkwardly and chuckled nervously.

"Oh I can't hear you, mom....what was that? Signals are really bad here," Cass grabbed her phone, ready to hang up.

What the hell!? Is she out of her damn mind?!?!?

"Cassandra Claire Roberts! Don't you dare–"
However she didn't get to finish that sentence because right then Cassandra hang up the phone.

"Oops. Signals are bad as I said," she chuckled nervously as I stared at her. I groaned and face-palmed.

"ARE YOU CRAZY??!" I yelled, "Now she thinks you're on some sort of secret mission again and she might also think that I have something to do with it!"

Cass shrugged indifferently and smirked.
"Don't worry. I'll call her again once she's calmed down," she stated.

"At this rate, you're asking for trouble," I looked over my shoulder and saw Stella enter the room, "We're seriously dead!"

Let's at least have fun before dying.
Then I picked my red short dress. This could do the trick.
With that I walked inside the walk-in closet and started getting changed.

After I braided my hair and put on a little makeup. Then I grabbed my purse and walked out of the room.

"Looking for me, sweetheart?"
I turned around and smiled at Ken, who was also ready.

"Come on....the scooter is waiting outside," he grinned cheekily.
With that the two of us headed outside.
There was a blue scooter outside.

The both of us got on the scooter and Ken started riding. I grabbed his waist and rested my head against his shoulder as I felt the breeze against my face.
This is amazing! Best vacation ever!
It was already dark but we didn't mind.

After twenty minutes, we reached the Eiffel tower. Then we stopped.
I glanced at the sky to see the shiny beautiful stars up there.

"I'll be right back, hun," Ken winked. I nodded and walked away.
I sighed softly.

I thought of everything the two of us have been through together. There were loads of times that I would've been dead without him.
I vividly remembered what the doctor told me just two days after waking up.

Basically right after I passed out from being stabbed, my heart stopped beating and I wasn't breathing.
Ken saved my life. By giving me CPR, it was ensured that my circulation didn't stop.
Simply without him, I would have been dead six months ago.

"Hey... whatcha thinking about?"
I turned my head around and saw Ken holding two ice cream cones.

I sighed and looked at him with a smile.
"I was thinking....how lucky I am to have you," I replied with a chuckle.
Ken handed me one ice cream cone  and then kissed my forehead.

This was going to be a night to remember....ice cream....near the Eiffel tower....With stars shining bright like diamonds.
